Doctor Herman, who works downstairs, in the morgue stayed at this resort a while back. Upon his return to the masonic lodge, he reported that the pool is on the large side and that it was rather challenging to navigate through it, but that there were many small tiles missing, along with large reptiles swimming in the pools. The good Doctor enjoyed the sea air and the view and he stated that he felt refreshed. He did not like the tailor nearby, however, as he reported the quality to be on the very low side.

Hello, really a great video 👍🏼 was also amazing in Kaoh Lak this year and I definitely want to do it again. The hotel looks very inviting, could you tell me whether you can/are allowed to lie on the beach there? I know that in this area, lying on the beach is sometimes not allowed, is that the case there? Or was that just because it was evening? Best regards Benny and keep it up, very cool and helpful videos 💪🏼

Hi Benny! Thank you very much for your feedback and kind words! I’m so glad you like my content. It’s the biggest motivation for me to create more! And yes you certainly can lie on the beach. In fact there are some lounge chairs and a swing on the beach for hotel guests. There was no limitations while we were visiting. I’m not sure but tides are very strong in the area maybe because of that some places or some times they have limit the beach access for your safety. I’m glad you enjoyed the area! So am I! Yes, I'd love to.. Videos like this really help you 💪🏼 Yes, the beach thing is one of those things, but let's see if it's the hotel. Was at La Vela in January and actually wanted to go there again because I think it's one of the best things about the position and everything 💪🏼 I'm happy to keep watching your videos 👍🏼 Best regards from Germany ✌🏼

Hi Carly! Thank you for your feedback! As I mentioned in the video, my Thai friends arranged this booking and I believe they used local agency or used hotels local website. I will add the certain answer when I find out but you know locals or Thai speakers gets better deal lol. I just checked hotel website and the lowest price for one room 2 days from now is 66.37USD so you can catch a good deal by simple checking their website which is thehavenkhaolak.com Safe travels ✌🏻

@@MrArikanI've just looked at their web site and 2 nights in May is 5k Baht for a non-poolside room , that is USD 138

@@Swaggerlot Hi there! That’s a bummer 😞 Dates you choose must be high in demand. I just take a quick look for one night on May 15 and it was 77USD. If you can make some adjustments with your dates I’m sure you can catch similar deals and check the rates frequently then when someone cancels prices go down. Best of luck 🍀 Safe travels ✌🏻

@@Swaggerlot yeah the time we booked was about a week before our check in. I’m not sure what is the best time to book but I usually check the rates pretty much daily even multiple times a day if I have time than just book it when I see a good rate. So I would suggest you to do the same. I hope you find a good deal before looking for too long and enjoy your time in Thailand! I’m going back in 3 weeks! This time I will be traveling in Bangkok, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. Make sure to sub. If you haven’t and don’t miss out on my new videos! Thanks again 🙏🏻🤙🏻✌🏻
