It does get better . No way the pain lasts forever . I relate so much to Selena on this video . That was me between the age of 20-26, with a man who never really loved me . I would meet him at places where he was drinking or gambling with his friends and they all knew he was a cheater ; many times he just wouldn’t come home . A few months after the final breakup, I got very ill and after a long stay in the hospital I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease (very similar to what Selena has and I battle with painful arthritis). 15 years later I’m married to a great man and we have 2 kids , 9&6 . I look back and can’t understand why I put myself through that for so long . I definitely learned but I was miserable .

What's sad is that in a lot of toxic relationships they make you feel a certain way that nobody made you feel before..then you're scared to leave because of what they might do to themselves, or that you're certain you might not find anyone else like them again..I know from experience..still haven't found anyone new and I'm not over him..
