I have one doubt when Jetstream flow in clockwise direction in Northern Hemisphere it creates high pressure in upper atmosphere, so consequently there should be low pressure in lower atmosphere. So heat dome should not be created. Rules of High and low pressure are as - LP- air flow horizontally inward and vertically outward. HP- air flow horizontally outward and vertically inward. If there is HP in upper atmosphere, air flow should be vertically inward from downside and horizontally outward.

HP is not created on the upper atmosphere but on the ground, the reason for that is due to omega block formation winds begin to pile up over the ground.

It's due to the anti clockwise circulation.. Which creates a high pressure system
