3 жыл бұрынToday I'll be melting scrap copper wires and turning them into a huge copper ingot (or a couple). We'll need to cut them into smaller pieces and have some fun with the dumper, but everything will be completely worth it when you see the result!

I love copper. It’s so water like when it melts, unlike aluminum which looks like hot Mercury. I also like Gold. They are such beautiful elements.

I have a question. I melted some copper and poured it into a metal pipe. I could not get it it if the pipe. It was like it brazed or welded its self to the metal pipe. How can I keep this from happening next time?

We melted 450# copper per crucible with 3 2 crucible induction furnaces liquid nitrogen cooled at foundry I used to mold and run melt room
