The Hills: New Beginnings follows Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Heidi Pratt, Jason Wahler, Justin "Bobby" Brescia, Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt and Whitney Port as they return to the city they love. The cast, now joined by Brandon Thomas Lee and Mischa Barton, must face past mistakes and strive to regain the fame and relevance they once had.

Technically you're not wrong. Fame is a type if trauma. Being traumatized often "freezes you" mentally at the age you experience it. So these two are frozen at the young age they were on that terrible show...

We have picture up on one wall of our family and a couple of my husband and I, but they have like HUGE ASS pictures of their faces! Heidi has become completely like Spencer. She lost herself. Like everything we loved about her is gone! Spencer totally changed her! It’s sickening!

It was scripted reality. Watch some videos about it. Certain things were real, certain animosities were real, even certain scenes were real, but at the very least they exaggerated for the cameras. Some scenes, like when he left her in the BMW, were completely planned, and Heidi was in on everything there.

I watched The Hills when I was a teenager and without these two the show would have been veeeerrry boring. But wondering why ppl are hating on them so much? They seem very loyal and loving to eachother. And obviosly most stable couple of the show. The baby is adorable.

People used to make fun of them for their crystals but if you actually understand crystals and energy it can be a powerful thing! I always felt like in The Hills when they first got into crystals, they were struggling because they didn’t understand the energy aspect and they just thought just having those crystals would attract positive things but they had to have the right mindset and energy themselves to harness what they were looking for! I love the hummingbirds and how they’re into the spiritual meanings behind things. It might be the only thing I like about them lol they definitely were made for each other in the end

Sometimes it's the couples you never think will do well together or last, that end up strong and last forever. I'd know, because for the first several years, no one thought my husband and I should be together or would last. We've been together now 19+ years and are so blessed. It's great to see Heidi snd Spencer still together and happy💗

Spencer is still obnoxious, but the fact that he talks about Heidi so sweet and is being affectionate in this clip is just a totally different Spencer than I saw years ago and that somehow gives me the tiniest bit of hope that he actually is a good guy.
