@@LivingInJerseyCityNJ I think the flow of the video was very good. Started with the neighborhood intro, showing units at different price points. The cafe is a good one. There are also some good bars and restaurants now. The best part about the Heights is easy access to Manhattan. Now we moved from the Heights to Millburn; I always miss the easy commute and the affordable cafe.

Would you be able to pinpoint the address on a map? That'd be super helpful for a foreign british who wants to relocate, like me 😅 Otherwise, super cool content guys keep it up

Those were 3 nice properties. I grew up in Jersey City. Lived in several areas from Fulton Ave. Dwight St/ Grand Ave/ 9th street. I moved to another state but everytime I come back and visit my mom's and relatives I think about moving back. To me the best NYC skyline is in Jersey City State Park/ Riverside Newport and Waterside Square North .

Wow, you lived in areas very close to where we are! How come you ended up leaving? We totally agree. That is the best view for NYC skyline. You really can't beat that! We hope to be able to showcase more of that view soon!!

@LivingInJerseyCityNJ I joined the Military and lived overseas then came back to America. My last duty station was in in Illinois so I stayed in Chicago. It's OK out here but I really miss the eastcoast and plan on coming back. 😁

Wow that’s awesome. First test of all, i just want to thank you for your service. NJ definitely has a lot to offer and having been so many states it really can’t compare anywhere. Whats stopping you from making the move?

@LivingInJerseyCityNJ I have an 8 year old son and work. If a job opens up and suitable housing that would tip the scales. Unfortunately I'm not in a relationship with my son's mother so he won't be coming with me. Having him come visit would be great.

@@patricksmith2274 I totally feel you. I’m sure there’s nothing else more awesome than seeing your family. My dad’s in Philippines so it’s really nice seeing him when I’m able to. Well listen, if you ever want to chat in the future we’d definitely love to help! This video is absolutely well put together! Well done guys! 👍. I think now you have a formula and format to work from in the production of the video, with more yt vids you’ll learn to perfect the craft to make it algorithm friendly so you can get the desired viewership numbers. Viewership numbers doesnt mean the video is bad , how can a yt video be bad if they haven’t had the chance to watch it. And off of this i personally think if they get the chance to watch it i think they’ll love it. Best of luck and i’ll be in the comments section every now and then 🫶🏻.
