What are the rules of such a game, how do I play, what is the reward and what are the risks? So many questions!! Join me as I try to unravel some answers!!

I’m happy someone called these folks out while I do think it will get thrown out. It’s good it’s been brought to light this nonsense game Hermes plays with its customers. I know luxury lovers are well aware of this game but the general public was not until now. Shame on Hermes.

I understand that stock is limited for those bags and they have to have a "system" to figure out who is going to get one. Because the SA's make a miniscule commission on the bags, it's in their best interest to push the other products and push having a purchase history to meet their sales quotas and make income. If they don't tie in the extraneous purchases, no one would buy the other products especially if all they wanted was a Birkin. It's quite the web they've weaved.

It is indeed! I understand too that they want to retain exclusivity but I feel there must be a less subjective way of doing it! 🤔

Do you think that the individual locations look at their sales targets and see that they need to sell more to meet their bonus requirements, then delay offering the quota bags to clients that they think they can squeeze more money out of? I'm in the process of buying a new car and at first they told me that there was a 9 month delay to get it. Then they told me I could get it in three months but without every feature I wanted. Then they told me it would be 1 month but with features I don't want. Now they told me to pick it up within 4 days. Looking online, it appears that dealers try to make their sales quotas at the end of the month and voila, it's the end of the month.

You potentially have a point there! I keep seeing that in different areas the supposed pre-spend varies by large amounts which possibly does tie in to sales and bonus requirements as well as availability of the bags! Enjoy your new car whenever you do get it!! ☺️

Thank you re the make up! And yes Lisa is great! I love her videos too ☺️ A lot of people don’t get this ‘game’ but there are also a lot of Hermes lovers out there that defend it! All very bizarre to me!! 🤔
