I wanted to talk a bit about highly sensitive people and autistic sensory needs and why it's important to understand them and also, make sure that you begin to make accommodations for them.
Existing in this world can already make it very difficult for us as it is.. and so, having to deal with all these extra sensory things being dumped on us, can affect us far greater than we realize.
It's important to recognize what our limit is and to set boundaries and do the things that we require for self care. We can pay the price very dearly with our mental, emotional and physical health and well-being otherwise.
I wanted to start a group hypnotherapy for highly sensitive and autistic people to help regulate our nervous systems. We could do it once a week or once a month.
