@matywade4595 Maybe, but later in the video Noah says that Jun tells him things he doesn't wanna tell the team. Obviously I can only go off of what we see here, but it seems he's discouraged from sharing. I agree with you though

@@zubatmain What kind of snowflake are you? He is given the perfect opportunity to share. He is not some kid, he is 23 years old he should be able to speak his mind. If you cant communicate in a team environment what are you doing in a team sport?

Context clues tell me that Jun wasn't happy with how the team was playing and I imagine it was a pretty concise string of thoughts he didn't feel comfortable sharing because he believed his team was playing bad (which they were) 3 series in a row. He was uncomfortable calling his team out and I'm guessing that's either personality or cultural leanings or perhaps both.

@@PastaDiMama44 well we have a new patch coming, they need to figure out the META ASAP and start to play proactive more than reactive.

@@Syndikalisten thats the thing. Nightshare said it himself. After new patch, they started playing worse. Humamoid is copying picks from the east, Oscar is copying picks he lost against & Noah just can't play a lot of champs. They are never the ones proactively picking/drafting new meta picks. So they will always be late to the party. Luckily for them, most LEC teams are just bad. But it showed on the international stage how far behind FNC is.

I can see a person really hurting.. Jun has been trying for weeks to express that something was wrong, as you can see everytime someone asked him "how do you think you performed today?" he responded "not good". And they answered not by aknowledging the fact but literally pushing it aside and saying "no but look this other person thinks otherwise you're wrong". Now, can't you see you are denying completely a way of a person to express himself for an entire season and then you have the audacity to turn it to him saying that he doesnt want to talk about it. Like how can I, a random viewer from nowhere can notice these things and not the staff behind? Can I get a job cuz to be honest fnc is failing not for the players

To be fair, Jun has been saying not good regarding his performance since he joined FNC, so I kinda got used to it too. You can go and watch all of the other videos where they ask him, and I bet he wont say he played well in more than 2 videos. I think the language barrier really hurts him, he is an introvert person and if he doesnt know how to express himself exactly how he wants, he will be quiet. Thats just my pov whats the issue.

@@DopperDelle stop patronizing the language barrier, I know what a struggle is to have a huge language barrier, trust me. If people really want to listen to you even if you have difficulties expressing yourself they will try to come forward and understand what you're trying to express

Jun needs to speak up and the others need to listen to him even if it may be unpleasant to hear, he is the "Korean Korean" even in mentality so I feel like his perfectionism and strive for excellence in the game needs to be listened. It may be beneficial for all

The performance showed in EWC is a clear trailer of what’s to come for Playoffs…even if we bounce back we will lose to G2 in finals as always. Anyway you’re better than the other teams so is a win I guess

@@nikolakrastev8880 Noah has played pretty solid this split. I know Razork called him out about getting tilted with Noah at MSI. But I feel like Noah has fixed those issues. I will agree that Noah is an issue. He’s not really connected with the team and his skill ceiling isn’t the best in LEC. But I think it’s better than Hans and that should make us good enough to win a split.

@@bullabl287 the issue with Noah is that he is ok at best. He gets leads sometimes but does nothing with them. He is almost never the reason why FNC win especially in big moments. Imo if Noah and Humanoid get replaced we could really become a title contender and a threat internationally. If not we will just stay 2nd best if we are lucky

Didn't know this before, but it seem like Jun attitude can change drastically, and it clearly effects how the entire team plays. He really has to work on that.

I understand from personal experience it’s hard to talk open to people about a problem especially if it’s any kind of criticism but i really think jun needs it because he does really seem to be struggling with something I hope it works out

Don't expect them to make a vid about it. The mood was already bad after their 3 loss streak in LEC. So the 0-2 vs TL prob made it worse. I don't expect them to show more footage of them discussing their bad performances. Didn't you see them skipping their aftertalk from the game vs TH in this vid? I wonder why

if jun says he doesn't feel like he's playing good then he's not. why are you trying to brush him off by saying "oh but his teammates says he's doing great so it shouldn't be a problem". that's what THEY think about him not jun himself. and the wheel? I feel like there is no authority whatsoever in the coaching staff, Nightshare sweet talks and Dardo well 😂 Gaax is fine. Also teach Jun some respect,he acts like a child, there needs to be some boundaries.
