you missed the question of "why do some catgirls have cat AND human ears?" Probably not something many people thought of or even noticed, but it's fairly common for them to be shown with both which seems pretty odd-4 ears at once? Would they ever give them two cat eyes along with 2 human eyes to make a 4 eyed monster? (Or if they had bad vision and wore two pairs of glasses, call them 8 eyes). Human heads tend to be too tall compared to cats, so if they only had cat ears it would be a lot of blank space on the side of the head without having those human ears, but still seems wrong to give them 4 ears.
