I think the 2008 map is Tribute. I like smoky, but his best season was on 15/16/17. Then they "nerfed" the smoky one, which was previously one of the "strongest" turrets.

Smoky was probably one of the first ever existing tanks in the game

I love it 2016-2018....

Smoky was my most used turret before I left tanki... my personal favorite era was 2015-16 as they buffed every weapon on Christmas 2015 which made the reload speed on smoky go decently high making smoky m4 quite fun ... I also had some interesting experiences with isida and firebird back then as well ... but seeing the 2021 version i could say that it seems to be good ... but the 3D skin is not as good as the original m3 ... I may play the game in the future

Tribute is the map on the tanks test. Hence, it's called "tribute" as it's probably a tribute to the beta test.

Smoky since 4/6/2009 till 16/12/2012 was the worse version of Thunder. In fact Thunder replaced Smoky M3 with better characteristics such as damage, the splash damage feature and bigger turret size to thrill the enemies and of course with a way cooler and hotter name, since thunders in real life have a thermocracy more than 10000! Since 17/12/2012 after the great rebalance (First rebalance 17/12/2012, second rebalance 20/10/2016, third rebalance 17/1/2020) Smoky became equal with thunder, since both of them would deal the same amount of damage in a specific time duration and both of them had an ability: Smoky the critical damage and Thunder the splash damage.

Only one thing that hasn't changed at all since 2008 exists... Its sound xD

I've started playing tanki since 2014 but.... it's not the same anymore, they've already put lousy and pointless updates

This isn't a very in-depth video - I would want to see some more detail of how it changed over time, i.e. Autocannon becoming broken during the first few months after the critical hit change, getting repeatedly nerfed and leaving EMP Smoky the only good Smoky with all the others being terrible, and then its recent buff to 1.2 seconds making it jump across the tier list, all of which you completely ignored.
