You probably know this by now but the black almond's dagger has a lethal poison dose in the handle. You can use it like a normal knife and you can use it the same as a lethal poison vial once to poison food or drinks. After its poison vial has been used then it is just a knife. Also the data core is from the New York bank mission. Its one of the ways you get the information needed to end the contract. The dart gun at the end is emetic poison supposed to make them throw up but it doesen't work if they are alerted like your target was.
