If you listen to other stuff this AI (OpenAI Jukebox) makes, you'll see that it's really good at transitioning out of intros. Whoever fed this song through it must've had the temperature (aka randomness) set very low. Basically, it went immediately back to the same thing because it was the "safest" choice.
