That 9,500rpm stock recline isn't what I expected from the 3banger. This car be so fast with a k20z3 out the 8th gen like i have in my shed. I needed a k24 to push the heavyweight fg2 like I wanted. But the k20z3 would be insane in this.

Going to a Beatmeet with the boys might sound a little strange there Jimmy..😉 Cool chassis for sure, given the engine position this would make even more sense to motorcycle engine swap. Somehow it doesn't really feel like you're up for it; given that it goes from a side project to a engineering project but I'd love to see it. It's been done plenty of times so off the shelf solutions are available. And Honda has made some very tasty motorcycle engines to drop in. I'm a big fan of the VFR V4's they made, good torque throughout a wide and high rev range and it creates the most ungodly good noise. Somebody made a compressor kit for the 800 VTEC ones giving it a healthy 200 HP. Plenty in such a lightweight chassis. Using it's sequential.. Anyway I'll keep dreaming. For inspiration; remember that first gen Civic that first appeared on The Smoking Tyre? Go find it if you didn't, its well worth it. That has that engine in it, NA.

Track monster Type R yellow baby Integra! That thing would be wicked even with a baby war whistle on it! Fat meats, BCs and a Monsoon, along with some Spoon fab and you got a monster of a little grip car that anyone could learn to push themselves in. Awesome addition to the fleet, Jimbo!

this era of little Honda is honestly awesome. you don't know how great they are until you have one. my favorite car I ever owned was a JDM delsol with the automatic roof (transtop). unfortunately it got taken out by a Tacoma.

Turbo hayabusa swap, track setup underneath and widebody to fit a better wheel/tyre setup. That thing with 300 rev willing hp and a good track setup will do wild things for you 🙂
