Good stuff. The Fence Lake chain is awesome. Crystal clear water, tons of big fish due to Cisco/smelt forage but hard to fish due to clear water and big forage base. Awesome place to go to in July...Keep the videos like this and the other fishing videos coming.

St. Croix needs to up the guide wrap and there grips. The reel nuts suck for the amount you pay for with the legend elites. Legend elite tournaments are not bad but the weight isn’t to good with the rods. I don’t like rods that have the grooves for the reel nut exposed, and the rods that you are constantly feeling cheap plastic(groves for the reel nut). There’s a reason why I don’t use my g loomis e6x anymore. I love Shimano(zodias up) and megabass grip, reel nut, and reel seat because it blends perfectly. Their rods don’t feel clunky at all like st. Croix do. Only thing St. Croix has other companies beat is the warranty to be completely honest.

I need your help. I m from Germany and i search a realy special rod. A spinning rod between 7 and 8 foot withe a soft tip. I want to fish carolina rigs withe a free sliding bullet from 7 Gramm (0,25 oz) up to 10 Gramm (0,35 oz) and lures around 5 Gramm (0,17 oz) in maximun (leed + lure) weigh around 5/8 oz (18 Gramm). i want a soft tip, so that the fish (big perch) dont feel any presure from the rod. and it shoud be a high end rod. do you hav any advice for me?
