They are getting more heavier on their Industrial sound. Not everyone cup of tea, but its good for them to evolve their sound to another level. I've been listening to them since Myspace days. Tom Furse is an underrated synth keyboardist

@@highheeledfagin Yup, you should have witnessed them, from their teenage days of having a big hair and wore indie style (skinny jeans, waistcoats, cravat tie) to just chill plain long sleeves shirt, its whole evolution

The best thing about this band is how has almost presented a history of “Alternative Music” in its own history. Something I used to discuss with my fellow radio DJs. Great show in San Francisco.

Well I love this. Been on a Horrors crash course over the last couple of weeks. I've loved the diversity of styles, different moods for different eras, always making the most of whatever groove the band have been in. This latest sound, being heavier, feels like a natural avenue to explore. I'd welcome an album's worth of this style because I suspect that whatever comes next will be something different again.

I love their efforts to make sure of hitting the nail visually on each album they release. I first listened to them when I was 13 (2007) and fell in love with their music. One of my favourite bands ever since!

Actually only just discovered The Horrors this week, loving them & love the way their music evolves with each new album and still manage to sound great. I'm 54 and so glad to still appreciate finding bands that like to push themselves musically. ..and my mums from Southend On Sea and she's great too 😏😁

It’s great to read the comments here, I totally agree with what people are saying about the band,some other bands just churn out the same album over and over again but not the horrors.every album has been different, True innovators ! If you haven’t seen them live, I can seriously recommend the experience. I’ve seen them six times now, and every time they’ve been exceptional 🖤

I’m digging the fuck word out of this! It’s got kind of a Chemlab too it. I’m pleased as hell with this new industrial direction the band has taken. It feels like a really natural progression and I hope you’ll get some bands like Skinny Puppy to remix you!

listening to Horrors since 00s even had obscure stuff when signed up to the fan list during NME tour. I think only now after the first album are they doing what they wanted to do, Stanley House is a death rock guilty pleasure. HORRORS with industrial sound is exactly how Tom wanted from early on after the psychedelia.
