I love the fact that Neo kicks down the doors in his shot. It feels both childish and badass at the same time, which fits, because he’s *TWELVE* in the Iliad.

@@eowynsisterdaughter No, he's literally 12 (maybe only 10), because the Iliad is only about the last few weeks of the Trojan War that has been going on for 10 years by the point they finally managed to storm Troy via the horse. Neoptolemus joined the war effort in the same last few weeks, after they lost Achilles. He only looks all grown up because grandma Thetis supposedly fed him nectar/ambrosia, so while his body might look like an adult, he is actually just a child. (He was born 10 years ago, before Achilles came to fight in the war, and Achilles got to Troy in year 1 with the other Achaeans.)

0:13 is that Achilles and Patroclus? If so why would you do this to me?!?!?!?!?! Fantastic animatic btw, i'd put it in my top 5 of the many TH&TI animatics. Also great end, the "Banna Peels" always makes me tear up and... I-I'm sorry im just too emotional for this... He just misses them so much!!!... Gods, I have to go now...

DUDE the Patroclus / Achilles scenes are intense! Amazing artwork; love this! EDIT: Also, the first thing I thought of when I saw some of your Patroclus/Achilles poses was the Pieta! Which hurts even more, because the Pieta itself is already such an emotional subject about love and death.

This is easily my favourite animatic for this part of the song. The designs! Oh my god, I love Menelaus, Nestor being old, Ajax watching their backs, Neo being young, and all these beautiful Patroclus and Achilles flashbacks, even death of Achilles at the hands of Paris. Gah!! So good, amazing artstyle, instant sub :)
