This place seems more alien than Earth-like. The Danakil Depression in Ethiopia is one of the hottest and harshest environments on Earth. Not only being the hottest place on the planet it is also one of the most remote, which is BELOW the sea level.
Also, a 3.2 million years old fossil of our human ancestor - Lucy was also found here.

What an amazing video Radhika! I've seen the cradle of mankind in Tanzania but this was so incredible too. You should make a trip to Kenya n Tazania and see the caldera national park Ngorongoro as well! I didn't know Ethiopia was so amazing.thank you for sharing all your raw adventures.
