So far this is the best mission they had cause i had a problem in both my skin and hair. I'm having a hair loss and many acnes on my face because of lack of sleep. I'm problem with it right now. So the best thing is to watch this video until thwir mission is done.

My hair started thinning when ı was 18 and ı have always had a very dry scalp. I bought arganl ife. and stop my hair from thinning. Both my wife and me have noticed that my hair does seem a little bit thicker and will continue to use it!

Winnie Chen What? It's unbelievably common to eat skin on animals - we eat chicken skin, pig skin, duck skin... sure, you can buy "skinless" fillets, but you've already killed the animal so it's not like it can use its skin again...

Reira S. it's whate noseefood said. In this episod, they're just asking them to drink water, eat healthier (carrots, it's not like they're asking to eat spinach or brussels sprout. And 2 lemons everyday, this is not good for your teeth and gum... fortunately they're doing it for 1 week) and doing some exercice. I don't know if it's staged in order to entertain people, but this common thing to do ... If it's staged, ok I'll understand, but if it's they true feeling, well fck human being is going to lose himself ... And the woman who doesn't like to drink water, srsly wtf, it's damn WATER, it's not alcohol or something bitter ... (2 Liters of water is a lot, I shouldn't recommand you to drink that much, just drink when you're thirsty aka when you're body asking for it. Everyone is different, so every ratio isn't the same) I don't mind about eating skin pig, in my opinion everything which is edible has to be eat if it's necessary (even dog).

Pitchoo973 Guess what? It's not necessary. Humans have absolutely no need whatsoever to murder and consume animals, especially humans in modern societies like South Korea. They do so not out of necessity but rather simply because that's what they were raised doing. Times are changing fast though. South Koreans are learning this truth very quickly now, so you won't find me complaining. South Korea (particularly the people of Seoul) is pretty awesome when it comes to their willingness to learn new things and evolve their behavior (more awesome than most countries I've lived in anyway).

I love carrots- I could definitely eat one or two a day. And Lemons are good too- Listen just squeeze it onto some salmon, sprinkle it with pepper and were good to go!

My understanding of the scientific literature is that there is no consensus on a link between eating collagen-rich products and stimulating the body's own production of collagen. I understand that some studies support it, and other studies say that it increases bone density, but it doesn't seem to be as solid of a relationship as this show would have us believe. I don't have much knowledge on the medicinal herbs, but I assume they too have a similar shaky relationship with anti-ageing. Also note that the nutritional benefits of carrots are actually maximized if they have been cooked for at least one hour. But if you eat that many carrots all the time, your skin might get a yellowish discoloration.

+ellysooh i heard that carrots are even better when cooked but I didn't realize that it has to be cooked for atleast one hour. wouldn't temperature of the cooking be a factor?

You add one spoon (or more depends on hair thickness and how long and how much hair you have) of apple cider vinger ORGANIC (i think it's the best kind of acv) to 1-3 cups of water.. I put it in the fridge (I personally think it better but you can do it without putting it in the fridge) after hour or more I go wash my hair, shampoo twice with natural shampoo then pour the apc(freaking cold but i love it) on my hair - leave for 5-10 minutres and wash with cold water (make sure to wash it out well or your hair will smell) be aware if you putt too much vinger or not enough water your hair will smell. so be careful.

yes, you shampoo as usual, after shampooing you pour acv wait 5-10 minutres and rinse with cold water
