This is shameful not healthy living the Australian government has failed duty of care human resources department of health must helping the needy families

We lived in a street off the Block. Even though we were poor, my Mum was very clean, you could eat off our floor. We moved to the Waterloo housing Commision flats in the early 77. I think we stayed there for about 1 year. Even on the block, we would run the streets, play in the park opposite our house and feel safe. There was a real community spirit where we all knew our neighbors. I can't recognize Redfern now. Lovely cafes and Resturants. We can't help were we are born, but we can make changes to better our lives. We should be so thankful we had somewhere to live. I believe it was very bad in 2000.

Why is housing commission a long waiting list?.

It's lovely to see that this person loves lorekeets but please feed them apples instead of sugar, sugar is not good for them.

Because once you are in they never kick you out even if income changes and you can afford private rental. It’s a joke.
