If you can down vote on this great classic, you have a sad life! Incredible human being who always made everyone around him feel joyful, no matter how your day had been. Rest In Peace, dear brother.

Had lunch with Justin years ago. Gave me one of his chefs aprons and signed it. Really nice guy.

One of the great "unknown" TV personalities. I remember watching his cooking shows on PBS and loving it. A great story teller and I'm so happy I found this post.

I have always loved Cajuns. Still listen to JW every chance I get. I was stationed at Fort Belvoir, MD with a Cajun, he was so much fun to be with. I still ask folks, “How y’all are.” These are fabulous folks.

I first heard Justin Wilson on a vinyl record 45 years ago ... I've always enjoyed his great stories. I've had the pleasure of travelling to Louisiana quite a few time in the past 12 years and I often think of what it would be like to have met him.

I could listen at Justin Wilson all day long. The Cajun dialect made him just as humorous as the jokes.

I can't thank the poster enough for this. Long ago, Justin Wilson was tied for second in my favorite PBS TV chefs (after Julia, tied with with Martin Yan). He is why I visited Louisiana, stayed two weeks extra, and had to be torn away. I garountee.

@JohnnyDAU76, bdwilcox, and any future positive commenters: Thanks so much. My dad brought this record home in the mid 1960's. I just wanted to share it with those who appreciate it and don't have access to it.

My Dad used to have this album. I played it till it practically wore out. Bill, you've brought back alot of great memories of me and my dad sitting around the big record player with an 8 track deck built in, listening and laughing to this without a care in the world. Thank you so very much.

I used to watch his cooking show on PBS as a kid. I just had a random thought of the show and went to look up a few episodes. I had no idea he did any albums. Thanks for uploading this. :)

He was SO FUNNY.... My grandmother met him a few times, she worked for channel 2 in Baton Rouge. The funny thing is he did not have an accent, just used it for show. :-) Still funny....

One reason to go back to 1961 is it was the last good year the United States had since. Up until 1961 wages had kept ahead of prices and the American standard of living kept rising. 1962 it tipped over and we started losing ground. 1963 the last American President, (JFK), who wasn't at least partially owned by foreign banking cartels was murdered because he tried to stop the war in VietNam, abolish the criminal Federal Reserve and disband the C.I.A. Ever since we've been in DEEP SH*T.
