Being a real woman means to be true to oneself. The mistress is a prime example of an empty-headed tramp whose main goal is to get what she wants without thinking of any consequences. What baffles me about all mistresses in general is why would they fall for a cheater and what makes them think the cheater won't cheat on them? Every time a married man made indecent proposals to me I made it a point to find out who his wife was and inform her of her husbands' inappropriate actions towards me (providing her with proof of my words). Unfortunately, most of these wives refused to believe their husbands capable of such behavior.

Good for Marissa that she had met Cameron who had saved her from drowning and she had married him and had his child. She had refused to reconcile with her cheating husband James but I hope she had divorced her husband before marrying Cameron. This was not mentioned by the narrator. James later found out that the child his mistress Jessica was expecting was not his as he is infertile. Serves him right for betraying Marissa. 😅
