Personally I think that Black & White photography... as well as the skill of cinematographers of that era made women in those films look utterly luminous.

Wonderful scene. I love how she is smiling at the end and acting normal. He has complete control over her.

Thanks for posting these, I enjoy watching them. It's funny, I use hypnosis in my work and it is amazing how many people are scared witless by the "H" word.

Thanks for this. Any chance you could post the clip from early in the movie where Desmond has the four men on stage for a demonstration? I believe those men were actually under hypnosis, prepared by Gil Boyne who was the advisor on the film.

Have you ever tried it? There are more "subtle" ways of doing an induction.

@@avosmash2121 Such inductions are entirely possible. :) It's simply a function of fixating on a particular spot. This is a particularly "dramatic" example - but it could be something as simple as looking at a point on the ceiling, etc.
