I think the hypo spino would be more terrifying if its sprint animation was a charge on all fours. That would probably do a better job at the whole "trying its hardest to get to you" mentality

Bruh, that would be epic. But imagine a leap action where the Spino leaps out of the water and latches onto a big prey, then pins it down before spotting another prey to chase down while galloping after it on four legs.

Actually it wasn’t used to hunt fish technically, they where used to cut up prey, it’s jaws did most the hunting. Using its nose with pressure censors and powerful neck it would snatch massive fish like onciprishis and mawsonia out of the water before dropping them ashore and using its forelimbs to slice up prey into more manageable bite sizes. Spinosaurids in general are known for their powerful arms and since they where already effective cutting and slicing tools it’s fair to say they could be used in combat, especially know we know fights between spinosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus do occasionally occur, especially if spinosaurus did potentially compete for carcasses or hunting land prey like its relatives probably did

So, behind the scenes i suppose devs are working on: 1)flyiers and aquatic beasts with each specific mechanic 2) better terrain allignement 3)better and bigger skin system 4) cannibals and the ugly other humanoid thingy without eyes 5) evolving system for the hypos mechanics

I swear the Gaming Beaver turns the Isle game into all laughs and fun times, (which is good because it's terrifying) it's so awesome to how much fun this was! The hypo looks insanely detailed and amazingly well done! Dondi sounds like a really nice developer-it was so awesome to see all the fundamentals you got from being a hypo!

Of all the hypo/hypo spinos I've seen played - whilst most are enjoyable to watch no matter what - I think Beaver played it the most realistically and epic. :)

The actual game is much clearer than videos of it. I play The Isle on a big screen myself, and I notice a huge difference in visibility between watching and playing.
