Wow! Sir Ian Holloway a big eye opener for me. You are such a decent man, manager and player and you deeply care for the R'rrs. You have got to be put in the QPR hall of fame. You are absolutely right whoever is going to proactively support the club needs to be Super positive. The players are human beings and need a feel good factor to lift their spirits. Criticizing them is not going to work because they have sunk to a low level of belief. For Rangers to survive in the Championship we all have to be fresh and positive. Tearing the team down is like digging our own graves. Trust Gareth he is the right man for the job and he needs us the fans to sing our hearts out for the club. Thanks Ian for putting me right, it's easy to get down on the team, what they desperately need is to be lifted up in such a time like this. Always great to hear ians views, could listern for ever but I do belive gareth will do the job but for christ sake give him time to get the belief into them players they are young, the manager that brought most of them in, made um promises and dropped um like a hot rock. Critchly inherited them, had no idea who 2 play or where, now ainsworth is looking them over to see what he has, takes time, the slightest show of weakness in the championship and it's game over, belief is key, confidence we fans need to help with that, let's build the walls back up around LR and make it a loud hard place for everyone to come too🙏 when we say, WE R QPR, that means all of us

I get what he is saying, negativity breeds negativity, and positivity breeds positivity. It's like when you are playing football, go down a few goals, and everyone gets stroppy with each other. Need to bring out the maximum passion from this group of players, and that passion has to start from the stands, even when we are losing, probably a goal down after 5 mins!

The Manager's job is paramount.He has to instil self belief in the players. We saw that with Warnock and he is currently doing his best at Huddersfield.We need a good win and the supporters will then rally the players into creating a winning momentum and mentality.We have got to get over that hurdle and I sincerely believe that Ainsworth will get there eventually.Hopefully we will survive this season but if we don't we have to have faith.This would be a hard one for Ainsworth if he has to face his old club next season but he wont give in and he will stick to the task at hand......
