5 жыл бұрынEli and Oren Halali, the two brothers who founded 2 Bros Pizza, sell slices for a buck. They're known for getting their patrons in and out of the store within ten seconds, and for selling hundreds of pies a day. And they're certainly not the only people in the dollar-slice game in New York City.
Ever since the Great Recession in 2008, dollar-slice spots started popping up all over Manhattan because people were in desperate need of a quick and cheap food option. Now there are more than 80 dollar-slice spots on the streets of New York. People gravitate to dollar slice because it's quick, easy, cheap, filling-and the slices themselves are pretty damn good considering the price.
But, according to pizza historian Scott Wiener, dollar slices may be on the way out...so get them while you can!

@Josh Mason a well done pizza that just came out of the oven will still be hotter than for example a very rare pizza that just came out of the oven because in order for pizza to be well done in comparison to rare pizza is to either be longer in the oven at the same temperature or be in the oven less or same amount of time like rare pizza but at the higher temperature and in the both cases well done pizza would still be hotter that rare pizza. I hope I explained it to you well so you can understand it and not be so negative about a simple thing in life like pizza. Much love and god bless ❤

Use to go to the 2 bros on 46th in midtown. My grandfathers office building was there so sometimes when I would go into work with him when we would have off and no one was around to watch us. For lunch we use to go there around 12 o’clock. Great pizza for a dollar it’s hard to beat
