U are right, but honestly, i think the ittf is just rly bad at advertising itsself. Most of the videos have either a horrible fps rate or a horrible quality, and this happens in 2017/2018! Thats gross... And this is not the only issue.

Having extremely long arms but still being balanced- he's literally describing Xu Xin

Taller players are not as flexible around the middle. Xu Xin is quite tall and I understand what he means, being quite tall myself.

At 0:55 he says: "... that only long guys can catch". And then immediately the video shows Ma Long LOOOL

+Piano NDmusic are you crazy lmao. Hes definately a great player. But best? He lost to a kid 15 year old from China in Super League.. FZD, ZJK both have two of the best backhands.

Fan and Zhang also lose sometimes to worse players, this sometimes happens to every player... And did I say that ovtcharov is the best player? No, I just meant his huge backhand topspins, which are incredably strong and fast. And also his courageous use of his backhand.. During topspin ralleys.. when opponent is serving.. from far away from the table... His backhand is simply stunning.

i am very aware of Dragon's loss to the same 15 year old. That doesn't make Dima's loss any less of a slap on his face. At least Dragon and 15 year old kid train in the same provincial team. It's not as big of a loss if it's to a teammate lol. It's a loss however.

you said he has best backhand. He simply doesn't. Chinese have it pat down. In the 90's it was a different story.

@billwindsor4224
@billwindsor4224 7 жыл бұрын
+Huey - You are missing the point. Try standing in a forward crouch position , *and* aggressively jumping to the left and to the right all the time -- do that for a full 1-hour to 1-1/2 hours (length of a professional-level match). Then -- after you do that -- please report back here on whether that requires strong legs and back! - cheers

Nzinn73 no disrespect, but you haven't played table tennis much have you. I have, and everything he said is absolutely accurate. He has won a bronze medal in the Olympics and he has been ranked number one in the world, he is a world class athlete and knows what he is talking about. I can assure you it takes very strong legs and a lot of endurance because you have to crouch a great deal on your heels. It is not easy at all.
