My transmission just started slipping in gear one and two. You think this would help her out. I have to start in 1 most of the time in 2 when I get to 40 mph I shift in drive and it’s fine

No this wouldn't be a solution. I'd definitely make sure your fluid is topped off. If the issue is still there after, your probably looking at a rebuild. I'd atleast get the transmission inspected.

Usually gives you better and firmer shift points.
