That is why Leeteuk is the definition of a textbook leader and should be the best example of a group leader if you are studying KPOP as a whole. If there will be a book about KPOP Leeteuk would the best example of a leader. Also rookie groups should study how he handles SuJu and learn from it.

@@ferrahendro3119 nah, Teukie has always been the mom. Even in rookie days interview Hyuk and Hae had described him as more a “mother” to them. Even if you look at their behind the scenes (rookie till now) you can defo see this “motherly” love of Teuk. Appa is defo Kangin in rookie days, when Teuk can’t control the kids he goes to Kangin for back up. He is Teuk’s biggest knight in shining armor. And the brats is afraid of him bec he is really strong (but kind) hehehe No hate to Hee but he was different in rookie days but he is now a good hyung this past years. Maybe people thinks Hee is the mother bec he is pretty (like a girl)? But defo not as “motherly” as Teuk. I am basing my view in the rigid views of mother and father responsibilities in a stereotype asian family dynamics where the mother is responsible for taking care of the kids and loving them and the father is the strict disciplinarian (Hopefully this has been demolished but unfortunately still going on)

Thx for your explanation, many ID in here😍😍, I love SUJU since pandemic, yes so baby to know all about them, just seeing from many varieties n they're ot9,no kangin there, but I knew they were, kangin, kibum,hangeng, hendry, sungmin, and zhoumi, but don't know how interaction between them. Teukie (on SJRT4): concerned about his members still need him as leader because they already did well on their own Teukie (in reality): SUJU can't even do greeting properly without him. all SUJU will be 40s 50s in near future, but they will always be 4or5 years old kids who always need parent-aka-Teuk attention and care.
