this is a great exercise also do you have any recommendations for a simple brush for sketching practice in CSP? wait i feel like the better question for me to ask would be which brush are you using in this video

No, these are all created on the fly. But that being said, I copy a lot of reference at other times, so it all comes into play when I'm inventing poses.
