His weekly caloric input doesn't exceed his output. He has said that after these stunts he goes multiple days with very little food so it all evens out. What would be stupid and very lethal if he kept eating like this and then trying to burn it off with excercise. Extreme atheletic lifestyle actually shortens your lifespan by decades.
