I am in Norway to do bird photography, and this time it is very challenging.
During this two-week adventure we are photographing birds of prey, climbing a mountain and camping in the wild nature of Norway.
I'm in great company though because I am visiting Jostein Hellevik - also known as Fotobonden.

This video made me cry. I don’t know why… Probably because it was so wholesome and a distraction from the hardship of my life. For over an hour I go to leave this world behind and get lost in the peaceful narrative of two life long best friend who I feel like I got to know too. Hi, morten. Myself Nabarun Roy from India. U know ur videos r so pure just like ur soul. Every Night i go to bed while watching ur videos so that i get good dreams of meeting u someday and capture those lovely moments of nature. The most important moment in this video when the 1st osprey picked up the fish and in the midair it was hovering and shaked its head which caused the blurry effect of water droplets. Thanks a lot. This is what bird photography is all about. My wife tells me that I am like a child on Christmas morning when the photos I have wanted to get, really happens. This video is so well done, and I am glad to see other people similar to my age truly enjoy every moment of their efforts. While at 70 I am not as agile as I used to be, anything I can do, I go for. The final moment when you got the shot of the Osprey in the water. Wow, It gave me goosebumps and I must admit a few tears of joy. This is one of the best films I've seen in a long time. Jostein must be a fantastic guide and most of all a very good friend to give you these opportunities. Those osprey shots were amazing. Also I was intrigued by the flower during your climb at 37:35. I learned this is not the blossom of the flower but it is caused by a gall wasp (Diplolepis Rosea). Very interesting to learn this. So thanks!

See an image in your head, choose the location, work out how youre going to get the shot, put a load of time into the project and have a damned good time in the process!! Words cannot express the joy and inspiration that this video has provided me with over the last hour and a bit. There are not enough superlatives i can think of to do justice too you 2 amazing guys. Fantastic storytelling right the way throughout the video culminating in the end with outstanding stills and video of the Osprey. Thank you Morten and Jostein, Happy New Year to you both, and i hope to see many more adventures from you both. Thank you once again.

All that planning, wondering, being ready. If anybody is going to get images that are beyond belief - it will be Morten. Holy dooley!!!!!! Thank you for sharing something of the adventure. Hill climb, camping, story sharing, problem solving, nature respecting, Osprey photography - wow!! I will look forward to the behind the scenes video too.
