Actually if we base it on comics - male version of Hulk is almost indestructible and its strength depends only on rage, more rage - more power, and there is actually no top line for rage level. So both those versions are balanced. Same as in real live - male and female are not equal. And this is good. Because it allows each of us to better perform roles which are granted to us by nature itself, or by evolution if you like more scientific terminology.
