11:36 This point !! Growing up in India in late 80s and 90s, we never had hopes of being favorites. In a lot of multilateral tournaments, India always needed different scenarios to go to next round. Now, India is almost assured to reach Finals or Semi Finals. Now the expectation is a complete win, where as in past, a mere qualification would excite the nation. This is a very big positive step

Ganguly Era changed the landscape for Indian Cricket he recreated the team which installed winning mentality and Dhoni used the fruits of Azharuddin Ganguly and Dravid which made India as successful team from 2007-13 winning all ICC tournaments in that time and India have won T20 World Cup after 17 years but they are more of financial powerhouse the way they earn money from sponsorship rights media rights ICC revenue share and ticketing rights

Nobody gives the credit to Mohammad Azharuddin.. Under his captaincy Sachin, Vinod Kambli, Javagal Srinath, Anil Kumble, Ajay Jadeja, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Sourav Ganguly nurtured and became what they are today. People are biased towards Azharuddin but they can not ignore nor deny that under his captaincy many players became great Indian Cricket Superstars... He was behind Kapil Devs 434 test wicket record, he was pushing him to play to cross the previous record of 431 wickets.. kapil Dev himself said this thing for Azharuddin was behind his record...👏

It was the most shameful era. Azhar,Ajay Jadeja,Nayan Mongia etc ruined the Indian cricket with fixing. As a kid it was disheartening to see the matches we lost in late 90's. Disgraceful batting performance. Too many extras in bowling.
