I would have loved to end the meal with the cheese soufflé , the highlight of the show. The prawns were a dent in the show and so the chicken . The lamb and the tortellini were enough on the ramp Too many recipes are like many intermissions during a movie which dampens the divine dining experience . We gorged on the crockery too . India is famous for its silvery cutlery . Local farms grow it exclusively for ITC . Asparagus is not an easy veg to grow . The tropical vegetables have still to make a stars show on the plate . European vegetables are very cold , though it looks good Th you
