As for Manufactoring output, sure it's great India is ranked 5th, however, given the size of India, it should be doing a heck of a lot more in terms of real percentages. in 2018 India produced $412billions worth in manufactured goods, but again if you compare that to SE Asia who has half the population of India. Indonesia $207billion, Thailand $136billion, Singapore $73billion, Philippines $63billion, Vietnam $39billion, Myanmar $16billion, Puts SE Asia's Total = $534billion beating India's $412billions and with half the population size. I'm not trying to rag on India, I'm just saying India needs to make a lot more improvements to live up to their potential. India has about the same population count as China and should be performing at the same level, but its not. China produced 4Trillions worth that year. But talking in terms of productivity per capita, SE Asia is twice as productive as India. If SE Asia had the population size of India, SE Asia might be making about $1.5Trillion, not as productive as China but more so than India.
