#3 - Also Shift+drag and drop brings up a dialog box where you can choose how many to move. I find the Q key easiest for Inventory. #6 Rather than being careful your food doesn't spoil, collect as much food as you can and place it in crates until it DOES expire. This gives you a ready supply of biofuel (3 spoiled food = 1 biofuel). #7 The game now has infections and medicated bandages. To make these you need to go to a cave and collect mushrooms. #8 Don't be afraid to change the settings. I find 3 days between swarms is too often, so I changed it to 5. I also don't like the default length of month. It's currently 1 day = 1 month. I set that to 120. #9 The game has autosave now. It's off by default. #18 There's now an oxygen limit when swimming. Not mentioned: One of the best places to build your base is in the middle of the map. This ensures that your base is as close as possible to all of the towns, instead of having to travel all the way across the map. In the middle, there's a land bridge that connects the bottom part of the island to the upper-right part. I suggest building on the lake on the left side of that land bridge. Very helpful, also killing the crocs to get a much larger storage bag is useful. I ended up building a foundation and a staircase on one of the small islands so I was protected when they come back towards you after the first arrow/spear.

Sometimes, you just have to let the food spoil on purpose. Don't overdo it at the wrong time.
