Today, we're focusing on the inner three washers, which I like to call "The Core" once they're welded together.
Sometimes, an idea strikes on how to tweak the process. Over the years, I've revamped my approach numerous times-it's a continual evolution. Recently, I've devised a method to conceal almost all the welds, except for those on the stem.
This adjustment will alter the way we construct the roses, but I believe it's a positive change. The cores you're seeing now are unique. They're the last of their kind. Soon, I'll switch to using slightly larger washers, which will result in larger and more robust rose heads. We'll address the implications of this change as it comes.
The forthcoming design modifications include welding the head directly to the stem, changing the washer size, and increasing the overall size of the roses.
Additionally, if the new roses look significantly different from our current product images, I'll need to set up a studio to capture new photos.
Day by day, by day, by day we'll make these changes happen.
