Gary Fannin discusses his book The Innocence of Oswald: 50+ Years of Lies, Deception & Deceit in the Murders of President John F. Kennedy & Officer J.D. Tippit. With the sleuthing skills of a twenty-first century Philip Marlowe, Mr. Fannin argues that neither the Dallas Police Department nor the FBI had sufficient evidence to convict Lee Harvey Oswald. Fannin also uncovered information regarding the role of Roscoe White during this tragic saga.
A Dallas Police officer, Fannin purports that White had CIA connections and was known in intelligence circles as “Mandarin.” Fannin claims that the CIA arranged for White to work at the Dallas Police Department in October 1963 and that his wife Geneva worked for Jack Ruby’s Carousel Club. During his talk, Fannin will also present information that was revealed by Billy Sol Estes during his later years regarding various murders for hire. A businessman convicted of a fraud scandal, Estes was closely associated with several elected officials including Lyndon Johnson.

My dad's cousin was John Sherman Cooper, who was on the Warren Commission. Whenever any family passed he would always come back to Somerset, KY for the funerals. I remember they would all ask about the Kennedy deal and all he would say is, it wasn't Oswald and the commission was a sham.

What most people don't know about Mrs Kennedy is that she was camera shy. She disliked politics.. But after losing her baby in August, she finally forced herself to go out in public, where no doubt 99% of women felt sorry for her loss. Mrs Kennedy was therefore greeted by huge ovations in Texas, including Ft Worth, San Antonio & Dallas. You only have to see the video of the Ft Worth breakfast, where the crowd was quiet until Jackie walked in. Mrs Kennedy won over more Hispanic hearts by speaking in Spanish to hotel workers.

Originally, Jackie wasn’t to attend the Fort Worth breakfast so she could rest a bit. JFK heard the info from her SS agent, Clint Hill. JFK told Mr. Hill to get Jackie down to the ballroom right away. Jackie got thunderous applause when she walked into the room.

"Dedication and honesty..." a) Zero evidence for this despicable slander Ruth Paine was a conspirator. b) Zero evidence Curry was a conspirator. c) Zero evidence Harrelson was an assassin. d) Zero evidence and Oswald went to the theater to meet anybody. He was seen ducking into it to dodge converging police. e) Zero evidence Oswald fled because he thought the Dallas PD were a pack of assassins out to rub him out, that's absurd and implausible. He fled because he had just committed murder. f) Solid evidence Oswald was on the bus and in the cab. He was recognized, ID'd and still had the transfer on him when arrested. g) No Mauser was ever found, cops freely owned up to misidentifying the unfamiliar rifle at first, big deal. News film clearly shows it to be a Carcano. h) Roger Craig was a demonstrable serial liar whose claims were consistently and flatly contradicted by every other officer and witness present, by hard evidence, and by himself as he kept changing his stories. His credibility was shattered decades ago. i) Strap is adjustable. j) 3 tramps are Harold Doyle, Gus V. Abrams and John Forrester Gedney, they were ID'd that same day, cleared and released with no evidence against them, their arrest records existing to this day. k) Firing pin story is B.S. l) Oswald showed up at the Paine house unexpectedly Nov. 21, empty-handed. Next morning he suddenly possessed a package. Of COURSE he smuggled the rifle. m) Any idiot knows firing on the limo while it was still on Houston means it would zoom past you and leave you a sitting duck for the Secret Service agents behind it, Oswald was mad but he wasn't stupid. n) Oswald was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing. o) Oswald gave up the cab because it would have been less conspicuous and less troublesome to do so and just grab another. Otherwise, Fannin is really onto something....

Zero evidence for his slander of Ruth Paine as a conspirator. Zero evidence for Harrelson as an assassin. Zero evidence for Chief Curry as a conspirator. Zero evidence Oswald went to the theater to meet anybody. Considerable evidence for Oswald being on the bus: he was recognized by his ex-landlady and still had the bus transfer on him when arrested. Considerable evidence for Oswald being in the cab: his driver firmly ID'd him. No Mauser was ever found. Cops freely admitted they initially misidentified the unfamiliar rifle, which news film plainly shows to be a Carcano anyway. Rifle strap is adjustable. 3 tramps are John Forrester Gedney, Harold Doyle and Gus V. Abrams: they were ID'd that same day, cleared and released with no evidence against them, their arrest records existing to this day. Doyle was even interviewed on camera more than once. Roger Craig was a demonstrable serial liar whose claims were consistently and flatly contradicted by every other officer and witness present, by hard evidence, and, frequently, by himself, as he couldn't even keep his own phony, on-the-record stories straight. Firing pin on the revolver was misaligned during the theater scuffle when Officer MacDonald got his hand caught in it and wrenched it away by the pin as he fought to stop Oswald, who was trying to shoot him. Oswald didn't flee because he thought the Dallas PD were a pack of assassins out to assassinate him, he fled because he had just assassinated the President. Oswald offered to give up the cab because it would have been much less conspicuous and troublesome to just grab the next one. Oswad was held in custody because he was the prime suspect in the murder of a police officer and had just been caught red-handed trying to shoot a second officer. Oswald was in fact ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing, shells were matched right to his gun, and he observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing. Any idiot knows opening fire at the limo while it was on Houston means it would zoom past you and leave you a sitting duck for the Secret Service agents behind it, but Fannin, with his "sleuthing skills of a 21st Century Philip Marlowe," was unable to figure this out.

Having not a clue what to write about, I went to the school library looking for an idea. I stumbled across an article about the shooting so decided to write something about it. The more research I did, the more intrigued I got. I knew something wasn’t right with the official narrative. In the end, I handed in a 12 page essay, pointing out a few discrepancies I had found. I'm Aussie, and I was 10 when JFK was killed. The memory will never leave me. I'm 70 now, but if I close my eyes, I can actually see that my mother and I were washing up the dishes, me wiping them. We used to eat on the dot of 6 pm every evening, but this night we ate early, I don't remember why. But the 6pm news came on, and the sound of a dinner plate hitting the floor is like thunder in my memory. The lead news story was 'The world is in mourning. The American President, Mr. John F. Kennedy, has been killed in Dallas Texas.' My mother's hands and legs were shaking, and she quickly ran to the next room, the living room, and slumped on the couch with my dad, who was white with shock. Then she began to cry. As I became an adult, and started giving the event more attention, curiosity sent me to the library, and what I read turned me from the obvious patsy Oswald, and I became a hunter of the truth. Thank you to everyone involved in this investigation. I wonder though, if anyone else is aware of, and believes, the story by LBJ's mistress, about a supposed Dallas meeting the evening before the assassination, attended by Johnson, a Dallas cop, and others, from which as LBJ the room, he held his mistress's hand, and said (sic), 'After tomorrow, those bastards will never embarrass me again..' referring to the Kennedy brothers. Also, I wondered if JFK's murder could have somewhere been indirectly connected to Operation Northwood, where the Joint Chiefs of Staff suggested bringing down an American plane on home soil, and blame it on Castro to start confrontation with Cuba. JFK said there was no way he would kill his own people in a false flag operation. (That reminds me of something...'

Like they supposedly found his gun but everybody there reported it as the wrong rifle, the coroners botched the autopsy by misidentifying the exit wound but fixed it later, JFKs brain disappeared, Oswald's prints weren't on the gun but they were later. It's insane to suspect they lied, but it's totally normally to believe a story where every single step of the process, the investigators fucked up in every conceivable way and we should ignore that and rely on their amended reports instead

I have done a lot of research on the JFK assassination & i will NOT stop until we find out the truth. Like Jim Garrison said though "it might become a generational thing passed down from father to son, mother to daughter" until we find out what really happened. We not only owe the truth to ourselves & our country but, mostly to the family of John F. Kennedy & everyone else that suddenly died right around the time of the assassination all the way up to the time that the Warren Report came out. The fact that our government is still stating they can't release ALL of the classified documents because of "National Security" after almost 60 years tells us that it was our government that assassinated our President. Please never stop searching for the truth.

I was walking to my Aunt's house after school. I was 9 and in 4th grade. An older boy came running out of his house shouting, "Old man Kennedy's dead!". This confused me, I knew the President was named Kennedy, but he was a young man. When I got to my Aunt's house she met me on the porch. I could tell she had been crying. She told me the President had been shot and just died. I saw Oswald get shot 2 days later as well. Even as a kid I believed they were silencing Oswald and others were involved, and still believe that.

False. Over welming evidence, actual evidence and facts, shows that Oswald assassinated President Kennedy and it's iron clad that he killed officer Tippot. The only dog we have in this fight is the truth and I grew up with the narrative that it was a conspiracy so that's what I always believed. The more information and evidence I gathered through the years clearly shows that LHO did it and most likely acted alone. Amazing revelation. How many people have heard of Roscoe White? I certainly hadn't. Thank you!
@stanmurphy3638
@stanmurphy3638 10 ай бұрын
And that is the real danger of giving someone like Gary Fannin a forum and a KZfaq video that will influence opinion. Roscoe White is a very old, very well known, and very debunked story. Thirty-three years ago, White's estranged son and White's financially desperate and psychologically ill wife came forward claiming to have read a bunch of documents linking White to the assassination. One document supposedly was a cable sent to him by the Navy discussing the assignment to shoot President Kennedy. Really? The biggest conspiracy plot in American history entrusted to Western Union? Please. As soon as the claims received wide exposure, they collapsed under their own weight as a hoax. The core of the claims come from two diaries. One was supposedly seized by the FBI (or so the son claimed). The second diary, supposedly written between 1957 and 1971 was entirely written in a felt tipped pen, except that those types of writing instrumnets were not developed until 1962, five years after the diary supposedly was started. And, of course, the diary was sold to (guess who?) Oliver Stone, who was then in the midst of producing his irresponsible film, JFK. Another huge problem with the second diary is that in it, the writer who claims to be Roscoe White--by then working for a tool company in Dallas--, proclaims that the Watergate break-in was to be his last spy job for the government. The only problem is that the Watergate break-in did not happen until June 1972 and White died in 1971, six months before Gordon Liddy and Howard Hunt (each by then out of the government) even planned the Watergate break-in. Want more? Fannin glibly claims that White was a Dallas police officer specializing in photography at the time of the JFK killing. The truth is that White did not even attend the police academy until 1964. At the time of the assassination, he was a file clerk at the police department. Yet Mrs. White reconts in vivid detail how her uniformed husband sat the kitchen table on the day of the assassination, just off of "patrol" vaguely referring to his own role in the events. The boy and his mother did it for noteriety and money. All of their claims have been thoroughly debunked, yet this well known hoax is a key piece of Fannin's "research," with him buttressing several other claims on his conclusion that JFK's killer was unquestionably Roscoe White. This foolishness and a dozen other "facts" this guy recites and which are demonstrably false make Fannin inherently incredible. For example, he makes a big deal of Oswald having the highest security in the military. In fact, Oswald had the lowest level of clearance. He repeatedly calls Oswald a terrible shot, yet Oswald quaiified as a Sharpshooter, hitting targets in rapid fire at 200 yards with an open sight rifle. The JFK kill shot was 90 yards. These and innumerable other erros in Fannin's presentation make it grossly irresponsible for the City of Allen Library to let him anywhere near a microphone and video camera. Speaking now, as a critical thinker, what about Fannin's background makes him qualified even to dabble in these sorts of conclusions? I have scoured the internet, including write ups of his books (which, by the way, are essentially given away on Amazon) and have yet to find a single word about his education, training or professional experience that lends any authority at all to his careless and irresponsible re-write of history. To me, he is just some guy in short pants with a bunch of illogical speculation, which is contradicted by the evidence. All of which is to say that it's about normal CT fare. .

There were no curtain rods! Oswald's accommodation did not need curtains or curtain rods. Both were already in place. "Before (Lieutenant ) Day left the Depository, a homemade brown paper sack, with a three-inch-wide strip of tape around the right corner, was found in the rear of the sniper’s nest. Because of its shape, Day immediately thought it might be the bag used to carry the rifle.” Although he did not find prints on it when he dusted it with metallic powder, the FBI later subjected it to silver nitrate and discovered Oswald’s fingerprint and palm print, the only ones on the bag.” Most important, the palm print was of Oswald’s right hand and was near the bottom of the bag, which concurred with how Buell Frazier and his sister, Linnie Mae Randle, testified he carried the package.” Page 272, Case Closed. So the magic bullet travels through two men cracking ribs and wrist of Connelly and comes out deformed but considering what that bullet did- 3rd Bullet hits Kennedy right in the head and blows out on contact leaving 42 pieces of that bullet inside the presidents skull and none of the 3rd bullet is in the archives? It’s clear the magic bullet was a Full Metal Jacket The third bullet was a hollow point that is meant for massive damage on contact. SO, Two different style Bullets Two different rifles means two shooters that day which makes this shooting a CONSPIRACY!!!!

Kennedy was shot from the back and the front. There were two shooters…James Files and a man named Nicoletti. The last fatal shot was from the front by Files using a Remington Fireball .222 high velocity scoped pistol. That frontal shot was the biggest cover up of all. The CIA conspired with the mafia to kill Kennedy. Oswald worked for the CIA and he was set up by the CIA. He was indeed a patsy. Oswald had a girlfriend who lived in Florida and she was a biochemist who also worked for the CIA. Oswald went to the theatre to meet his handler.

John Roselli and Frank Nicolette were top ranking Outfit men under Giancana. They were in the Daltek building while Files was on the grassy knowl. Files left an empty casing under the tree with his bite mark. Years later it was found by a father and young son. The bite marks match Files bite as it was tested. Giancana was to formally testify in Federal Court regarding his role. The two US Marshall's that were guarding him BOTH went to dinner and Giancana was murdered in his kitchen. Before testimony at the Senate Committee in the 70s Roselli and Nicolette were both no shows at different hearings and both found dead in barrels floating off the coast of Florida and New York. Jack Ruby was a friend of Giancana since childhood and was a bigger player in the Outfit than they let on. Files was a sniper in the military during Korean War and worked for the Outfit prior to military service and after as an enforcer and hit man for Giancana. The CIA have their fingerprints all-over the assassination and the Outfit was more than happy to be paid well to provide the muscle. Not only did the Kennedy brothers go after organized crime especially the Outfit but JFK was having an affair with the same woman that Giancana was sleeping with, Judith Exner. Joe Kennedy Sr., also broke his promise to Giancana. If Giancana carried Illinois and West Virginia to get JFK elected , Joe Sr. would stop RFK and JFK from endlessly pursuing the Outfit. It became personal with a big payday for the Outfit. Originally the hit was supposed to take place November 2, 1963 in Chicago but due to a tip from a boarding house owner Abraham Bolden was able to stop the hit and arrest the four men. There was a tentative date for Tampa in 63. That town was run by Sam Traficino who had his personal beef with RFK. While he was arrested in Cuba, Jack Ruby was sent by Giancana to orchestrate his release. It took several trips but he finally got it done. Tippet was not the honest cop as portrayed. He was also on the payroll of the Outfit and spent time at the Carousel Club and the other 2 clubs owned by the Outfit and run by Ruby. Tippet was a collection agent for the Outfit on bad debts from the gambling and prostitution. Bolden wanted to reveal the information he knew and was set up by the Secret Service and spent years in prison for his trouble. There is strong evidence that Oswald was on the payroll of the CIA for many years in both Russia and the US. He had told his mistress 5 days before that he was part of a team that was sent to Dallas to stop the assassination. He also told her that he woukd likely become the fall guy and would be killed. There are many more players involved in this but not the time or space to go into. These facts are documented if your willing to do the research. One of the best documents regarding the assassination is JFK AND THE UNSPEAKABLE which has been pulled from sales and print. It is near impossible to find this book today. The information in this post is a very small summary of the plot to kill Kennedy. More details woukd involve writing a book. For those who do not know The Outfit is what the Chicago faction of organized crime goes by. Organized crime in Chicago gas very limited ties with New York, New Orleans and other Mafia crime families. They operate on their own.

Zero evidence Ruth Paine is a conspirator (Mr. Fannin is apparently unfamiliar with the term "slander"). Zero evidence Chief Curry was a conspirator. Zero evidence Harrelson was an assassin. Zero evidence Oswald was at the theater to meet anybody. He was seen ducking in there to dodge passing police. Solid evidence Oswald was on the bus, he was recognized by his ex-landlady & still had the transfer on him when arrested. Solid evidence Oswald was in the cab, the driver firmly ID'd him. No Mauser was ever found, cops freely admitted to misidentifying the unfamiliar Carcano (plainly seen in news film). Rifle strap is adjustable. Oswald was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Tippit and fleeing, shells were matched to his revolver. Oswald didn't flee because he thought the Dallas PD were a pack of assassins out to bump him off, he fled because he had just committed the assassination. Oswald was held in custody because he was chief suspect in a cop killing and had just been caught red-handed trying to murder a police officer and fighting so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. Oswald offered to give up the cab because it would be less conspicuous and troublesome to just grab another one. Oswald didn't fire at the limo on Houston because it would zoom past him and leave him a sitting duck for the Secret Service. Firing pin got misaligned during the scuffle in the theatre as MacDonald got his hand caught in it and yanked the gun away by its pin as he desperately tried to stop Oswald from shooting him. Roger Craig was a demonstrable serial liar whose claims were consistently and flatly contradicted by other officers, witnesses, evidence, and frequently, by himself, as he couldn't even keep his own tall tales straight. The 3 tramps are Harold Doyle, Gus V. Abrams and John Forrester Gedney, they were ID'd and cleared that same day and released with no evidence against them, their arrest records existing to this day. Doyle was interviewed on camera more than once. Somehow Fannin, who promotes himself as having the "sleuthing skills of a 21st Century Philip Marlowe, is unaware of all of this.

The RIGHT way to go about this is to research EVERYTHING with no bias or goal in mind except to discover the truth, and anyone that has honestly done that has not come to a definitive conclusion as it is IMPOSSIBLE to do so in this case. There is too much conflicting information, too much misinformation, too much hearsay, too much conjecture, too much bias amongst too many researchers. I haven't watched it yet but the fact that he arbitrarily threw in right at the beginning a completely subjective opinion about a human being he's never met doesn't bode well..I'm English and although I don't have an opinion about the royal family one way or another I don't see any evidence that the (then) prince charles was jealous of anyone's attention: attention and popularity seemed to be the one thing that irked him about being a royal and Lady Diana's greater popularity meant more attention...I suppose I do have an opinion about the royal family one way or another.
@brek5
@brek5 Жыл бұрын
@@rlawrence9838 Yeah, I let that one go because I have no idea about the royal family, but it was definitely weird and not something I expected to come up in a talk about JFK, for sure. The two that got me were 1) saying that women in the '60s didn't go to the grocery store except on weekends when their husbands could take care of the kids. Never heard of this, and I was very close with my grandmother, who was a housewife in the '60s, and I know for a fact she would go to the supermarket whenever she needed (was within walking distance). I mean, she'd stock up, but you might forget something or run out, so you make another run. He hinged a lot on that total BS idea. In those days, also, kids ran around like wild cats, and there were also all the neighborhood kids and moms around, so they'd just go play. 2) He talked about the Russian teacher wanting to be roommates with Oswald's lady in order to better her Russian, but then he says, "She already knew Russian and was a Russian teacher, so why would she need to learn Russian?" Well, to me, that sounds like she was a non-native Russian speaker (the teacher, not Oswald's lady, obviously), although maybe very good, but I have had several times in my life where I would frequent places, join clubs, and even, yeah, live in certain places to brush up on languages that, yeah, I am really, really fluent in, but hanging out with them still helps my skills (even though someone who heard me just speaking French, for example, would not know I needed to sharpen my skills because I am fluent, but I can get rusty like anyone speaking their 2nd, 3rd, or nth language). So, just those two things, both of which he emphasized as sort of damning evidence... I mean, if he messed those up, can I really trust him on the rest?

This is a very interesting and well-done presentation. Alot of times, you may get bits and pieces of information that you either hear, see, or read. This presentation provides more information in detail. Mr. Fannin provides information that is either new to me, or fills in gaps of information that I knew little of. I do have questions if anyone can answer. 1. What was Michael Paine's background? 2. Did Oswald know Michael Paine? 3. Did Michael Paine have any involvement in the assassination? I have heard of Roscoe White before, but didn't have any detailed information about him or his background. Also, I would like to add, I can't believe that some people still think that Oswald acted alone. Thank you, Mr. Fannin, for providing us with a well-informed presentation.

Zero evidence for Fannin's slander of Ruth Paine, it's to her credit she didn't sue him. The Paines took in a young mother fleeing an abusive husband, tried to help them get back on their feet, and for that they get to spend the rest of their lives watching armchair detectives happily opining away without evidence they were conspirators in murder and treason, it's absolutely sick. Zero evidence for Chief Curry as a conspirator. Zero evidence Harrelson was an assassin. Considerable evidence for Oswald being on the bus, he was recognized by his ex-landlady and still had the transfer on him when he was arrested. Considerable evidence Oswald was in the cab, his driver firmly ID'd him. Considerable evidence Oswald smuggled the rifle, showing up unexpectedly at the house Nov. 21 empty-handed and suddenly possessing a package the next morning. Considerable medical, forensic, eyewitness, film and ballistic evidence for the shots all coming from the sixth floor window and from Oswald's rifle. Considerable evidence Oswald shot Tippit: nearly a dozen witnesses ID'd him, shells were matched to his gun, he was plainly seen trying to hide from and dodge passing police, he was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop, fought so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him, and he observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing. 3 tramps are Harold Doyle, Gus V. Abrams and John Forrester Gedney, they were ID'd that same day, cleared and released with no evidence against them, their arrest records existing to this day, and Doyle was even interviewed on camera more than once. Firing pin became misaligned during the struggle in the theater as Officer MacDonald got his hand caught in it and yanked it away by the pin as he fought to stop Oswald who was trying to shoot him. Oswald didn't flee because he thought the Dallas PD were a pack of traitorous assassins out to rub him out, he fled because he knew he had just committed multiple shootings. Oswald would have offered to have given up the cab to the woman since it would be much less conspicuous and troublesome to just grab the next one. Oswald was held in custody because he was prime suspect in the murder of a policeman and was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second policeman. Rifle strap is adjustable on that model of gun. No Mauser was ever found, cops freely admitted they misidentified the unfamiliar rifle at first, big deal. News film clearly shows it to be a Carcano, Oswald's, to which every bullet and fragment was firmly matched. Roger Craig is a demonstrable serial liar whose claims were all flatly contradicted by every other officer and witness present, by hard evidence, and frequently by Craig himself as he couldn't even keep his own on-the-record B.S. stories straight. Fannin, who promotes himself as a "20th Century Philip Marlowe," was somehow unable to figure out that any idiot knows firing at the limo while it was on Houston means it would promptly zoom past you and leave you a sitting duck for the Secret Service agents behind it. Oswald was mad but he wasn't stupid.

Thank you so much for speaking the truth. My father was in naval intelligence during the Kennedy administration. My parents and I stood on the street and watched JFK's funeral procession go by on 11/25. Even though I was just 12 at the time, I was very aware that I was witnessing history. The images and sounds of that day are just as sharp today as they were then - sounds of women weeping, the clip-clop of horses' hooves, the muffled drums, and the majestic, highly spirited black stallion named Blackjack who reared up on his hind legs and pawed the air directly in front of me. My father went to his grave with many secrets. However, long after he retired, he finally revealed two of them to me: 1) Intelligent life does exist. The US government has been in communication with aliens for DECADES. President Truman KNEW of their existence, SAW alien bodies as well as met with captured injured aliens. Truman felt very strongly that the American public had a right to know the truth, but the FBI and CIA did not want this information disclosed for fear that it would cause nationwide panic, crash the stock market and destroy the economy. 2) JFK Assassination - My father told me the Warren Report was "garbage", a smokescreen. He said, "There was a long line wanting to eliminate JFK, but LBJ had the most to gain and was at the head of that line." He told me, "LBJ was a vicious SOB. Oswald never fired a shot. He was a CIA agent and exactly what he said he was -- 'a patsy'." He said "LBJ was obsessed with becoming President, suffered from heart problems and felt his only chance at becoming President was to eliminate JFK." LBJ also knew that JFK was NOT going to have him as his running mate in '64. With his checkered criminal past (including his presumed involvement in the murder of a Dept. of Agriculture agent), LBJ feared prosecution and incarceration once he was out of office. During that time, my father said that rumors were rampant about LBJ having histrionic tantrums in front of White House staff screaming that "the Kennedys were screwing him over!" Make no mistake, LBJ despised the Kennedys - and so did his buddy, J Edgar Hoover. Hoover was constantly threatening to expose JFK's and RFK's extramarital affairs. However, the Kennedy brothers also knew that Hoover was a transvestite in his private life. They had a picture of Hoover wearing a dress and flambuoyant makeup while on vacation with his partner, Clyde Tolson. Edgar certainly didn't want that photo becoming public knowledge. One of the most interesting interviews on KZfaq regarding the JFK assassination are the interviews with LBJ's former mistress, Madeleine Duncan Brown. She was at the party LBJ hosted in Fort Worth THE NIGHT BEFORE THE ASSASSINATION. Madeleine claims that she had no prior knowledge of what this party was about. She and Lyndon had been lovers for 20+ years and went to a lot of parties together. (Lady Bird was very much aware of Lyndon's affairs and "looked the other way".) But, during this get-together in Fort Worth the night before the assassination, Madeleine kept hearing people there referring to "the Big Event." She names the people who were there, including Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, J Edgar Hoover and his partner, Clyde Tolson (FBI), several of LBJ's oil cronies and other co-conspirators. When Madeleine asked LBJ what the "G-Man" (Hoover) was doing there, she said LBJ told her "to keep her mouth shut about anything she saw or heard that evening", that "After tomorrow, those g-d Kennedys will never embarrass me again - and that's not a threat, it's a promise!" Many years later, Nixon was being interviewed and asked his thoughts about the JFK assassination. I'm paraphrasing somewhat, but essentially what Nixon said was, "If you want to know what happened to JFK, ask LBJ." Nixon gave a sheepish grin because LBJ and Malcolm Wallace were long dead by then. The bullets that killed Kennedy - the head shots - were different from the other bullets that were recovered. The bullets that entered JFK's head were designed to explode into hundreds of fragments when they hit Kennedy's brain. Whoever fired that gun was going for maximum damage. Malcolm Wallace's fingerprints, like you said, were identified in the sniper's nest on the 6th floor of the Dallas Book Depository. Several eyewitnesses came forward and said that Oswald was eating his lunch in the lunch room in the building. When policemen entered the building and interviewed people, they found Oswald casually drinking a Coke in the lunchroom and there were no signs that he had been running, out of breath, flushed, perspiring, etc. An eyewitness who was standing behind the white fence above the grassy knoll, claims he witnessed the man who fired the final 2 head shots that killed JFK. He stated, at the very moment he heard the final head shots ring out, he saw 2 puffs of smoke rise above the fence. He said he watched the shooter calmly but quickly dismantle his gun, put it in a briefcase and then walk towards the parking lot. He was absolutely certain that he had just witnessed JFK's killer and the man was obviously "a professional". From what I have read, it is widely assumed this man was Malcolm Wallace, LBJ's personal hitman. LBJ's mistress, Madeleine Brown had said that she was at a local shooting range a week or so before the assassination and saw a man firing at a bullseye and hitting it every time. She claimed that she had never seen anyone hit with such accuracy. When he finally turned around and she got a good look at his face, she immediately recognized Malcolm Wallace. The timing of his shooting practice so near the time of the assassination seemed suspicious to her in retrospect.

I read some fascinating stuff today. (1) The Nitrate test given the evening of the assassination showed no traces of nitrate on the cheek/face of Oswald. (2) The Dallas Morning News showed a map of the scheduled route which was straight down Main St.(not Elm). When the Warren Commission received the same copy as an exhibit, the entire map was omitted and showed only a large square of solid grey. Who decided to make a sudden change to insure the motorcade passed by the TSBD? The Dallas Mayor's name was Earle Cabell. He had a brother named Charles Cabell. Charles was a General who had been deputy Director of C.I.A. under Allan Dulles. Cabell was fired by Kennedy after the failed Bay of Pigs fiasco. Cabell's hatred of JFK was well known in D.C. Dulles was also fired by Kennedy. More interesting morsels to get your blood pressure up! 🙂

Earlier map printed in the Dallas papers was in a much smaller scale that did not allow details as small as Dealey Plaza, but the route with the turns in the plaza was described accurately from the beginning. The route was never changed: that was the standard parade route through Dallas and then as now a concrete divider prevents you from drifting between lanes to get to the onramp for the Stemmons Freeway.

@@xrxs1020 No, this is proof he was the culprit: A) Oswald owned the rifle. B) Oswald smuggled the rifle C) No unidentified persons were ever caught in the TSBD. D) A man was seen in the window who could plausibly have been Oswald. E) The Connallys said the shots all came from the rear. F) Witnesses under Oswald's window said the shots all came from directly above. G) No bullets or fragments were ever found that did not match to Oswald's rifle H) No evidence was ever found of any shooter on the knoll. I) Autopsy demonstrated the shots all came from the rear. J) Parkland doctors looked at the autopsy photos for NOVA in 1988 and agreed they are authentic. K) Multiple mathematically precise computer recreations by investigators over the years demonstrate the victims' wounds all line up on a perfect trajectory, and are in line with Oswald's POV. L) Oswald was the one and only TSBD employee inside the building to immediately leave the place and flee the plaza. M) Oswald took evasive action to get to his other gun, ignoring his cab driver and landlady when they tried to speak to him. N) A long and steady chain of witnesses ID'd Oswald shooting Tippit, fleeing, trying to hide, and ducking into the theater. O) Oswald was caught red-handed trying to shoot the first officer to approach him in the theater and fought so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. P) Oswald repeatedly lied to police, slept like a baby in his cell, and requested the services of a lawyer he'd never met who specialized in left-wing causes. Q) Oswald was so smug and placid in jail he even convinced his own brother he was guilty. R) Asked point blank on live TV if he shot Kennedy, Oswald expresses no particular surprise, no horror, no empathy, doesn't scream an indignant and heated denial, doesn't beg protection for his family, doesn't make the slightest attempt to blurt out anything about any conspiracy, just gives a hollow, rambling reply that all but dodges the question. S) If he didn't do the crimes, it basically means that somebody persuaded scores of police, FBI, Secret Service, military, Oswald family members, x-ray technicians, staffs at embassies in another country, journalists, ballistics experts, shoe store clerks, reporters, journalists, whole commissions, senators, congressmen, lawyers, etc., and persuaded them all to obey illegal orders to commit heinous crimes and make themselves all accessories to murder and treason.

I was 11 years old at the time. When this Happened, even as a little kid, I knew something was wrong with the "evidence" they talked about, that Oswald did the shooting. This video does a GREAT Job of showing how much they DIDN'T have on Oswald as the shooter. The gun recovered in the book depository wasn't even owned by Oswald. As a kid I knew something was wrong, and it seemed like everything was being rushed to blame Oswald. At the time, this was a Nation in mourning, I remember Everyone seemed to Love JFK, everyone wanted Vengeance for this act. In fact I remember one time we went to see JFK traveling in a motorcade, somewhere in Mass, no idea where,,, my dad Ralph, slipped through the barriers, ran after JFK's car to shake his hand, John turned to shake my Dad's hand, the Secret Service sped the car up just as they shook hands, nearly pulling John off his roost as he sat atop of the seat at the back of the convertible. I'll never forget that, and I'm sure it's on film somewhere, someplace. TODAY he would have been shot dead on the spot for getting that close. For years afterward, my Dad would often play JFK's speeches on the record player, a broken man after this tragedy. This whole Oswald thing just seemed too pat and ready made to point to him as the killer. THE TRUTH of who actually killed JFK was supposed to be released YEARS Ago, yet no President will allow it to happen, MAYBE Trump will in 2024,, we deserve to KNOW, it's OUR COUNTRY, not theirs to hide the truth.

Arnelle could enjoy OJs riches as long as he lived. vannatter brought robert lange and dennis fung in on the conspiracy, because Mark Fuhrman discovered that the killer had cut himself while slicing nicoles throat contaminating all of the evidence vannatter had planted on OJs clothes, car, house, and the blood trails at bundy and rockingham. with OJ it is clear. all four principles had to work together to frame OJ and get away with it.

This and a few other stupid simple mistakes takes away from this guys credibility unfortunately. Like he states he's interviewed 100's of thousands of people....really!? And confidential is actually one of the lowest clearances one can get, certainly not the highest or even close. SMH

Ever hear of a 'James Files'? He did two interviews from prison wherein he claimed to be the shooter of Kennady. He did it from the top of the knoll, behind the fence and under a tree. He also claimed that the 'agents' on the knoll were actually Mafia operators there to protect him. He worked for the Chicago mob. The interviews he did have been removed from the internet (youtube) but his book is advertized. He still is alive in Chicago.

I saw that interview and I believe him no one could have the information that he has !! There’s absolutely no way that Oswald used that piece of junk rifle !! Where did Oswald scope in that gun he didn’t drive !!

James Files' claims: a) He was palling around with Oswald in New Orleans in 1961. Oswald was in Minsk in 1961. b) He was present at a Dallas meeting the morning of the assassination where it was discussed how the parade route was changed. The parade route was never changed. c) He was a knoll assassin. Phone records demonstrate Files was in Chicago during the assassination and when confronted with this he tried to claim he was being confused with his own nonexistent twin brother. NBC cancelled their planned TV show on this lying clown after taking a closer look at him.

Ever hear of how Files' claims are demonstrable B.S. and he was discredited years ago? He said he was palling around with Oswald in New Orleans in 1961. Oswald was in Minsk in 1961, He said he was present at a Dallas meeting the morning of the assassination where it was discussed how the parade route had been changed. The route was never changed, accurately described in the newspapers from the beginning. He said he was an assassin on the knoll. Phone records demonstrate Files was in Chicago during the assassination and when confronted with this he tried to claim he was being confused with his own, nonexistent twin brother. Never mind that all credible ballistic, medical, film, eyewitness, and forensic evidence clearly demonstrate the shots all came from the sixth floor window, and from Oswald's rifle. NBC cancelled their planned TV show on this lying clown Files after they took a closer look at him.

I was in junior high school in Arlington and my mother saw President Kennedy’s motorcade. She worked in Dallas. That morning at my school someone had dropped leaflets all over the school yard that said Kennedy was a traitor. Anyway fast forward to high school. One day I decided to go to Rose Hill cemetery in Fort Worth to see if I could find Oswald’s grave. The cemetery is off the old Highway 80 between Arlington and Fort Worth. It’s not a small cemetery but somehow I found his grave. It was very strange and I felt a bit scared but for some reason I had to see it! I guess it made the whole thing more real to me somehow.

Terry, They didn't do that in Arlington. My Aunt was a teacher at that school. It never happened.

Hi Terry, see if you can find on YT, the show called Strange Inheritance, then find the episode about what happened to LHO's original gravestone. The current stone that just says 'Oswald' is a replacement. It is a VERY intriguing story! Strange Inheritance had alot of good stories, but the one about Lee's headstone in the best, IMO. SI, used to come on prime time on the Fox Business channel.
