You're not overrating him. Last year in the euros he stuck out and in the world cup he was world class. Club level he won arsenal's player of the season 2 years in a row, possibly 3 but Ødegaard will probably win it this season. Basically he probably won't be the best player in the world but will be one of the best.

@Lewis Christie 60 million for Martinelli seems crazy undervalued, I'd expect that to shoot up over the next couple of years. But yeah absolutely insane business from Arsenal!

I love both of them but I thinks Saka is better than Martinelli. His first touch is incredible and his football IQ is much more better than Martinelli.

​@When a Chef Become a Hobo you dont need to compare your own players who play different positions. Both are very important to us. Without one , we would be out of top4. Both scored critical winners multiple times this season. One is quick and direct and another is skillful and tricky.

@Nostalgic Bliss i disagree, obviously saka isnt the player that is the link up man or the guy that spots the impossible pass. Thats ødegaard, saka has quite a few other talents that makes him so special and these arent the main ones. I think his best quality is his strenght and balance and his killer instinct, he reminds me a lot of mane in this regard. He isnt big but he can hold off defenders much bigger then him. He has this uncanny ability to hold players off even when out of balance that requires insane strenght and balance. Its so impressive for such a young guy. He is also extremely good in positioning both defensively and offensively. Great work rate, physical beast, strenght as i mentioned but also stamina, gets back.. gets forward. Fantastic quick snappy shot even under pressure. But on the ball i quite often see him running himself into dead ends when there are passing options. He always has ødegaard available and could get better at utilizing him when gets cramped. Not to say that he doesnt ever do that, we see them all the time combining and very often it results in saka getting released on a run. But he could get even better at that, comes with age i presume, youthful exuberance and all that. I didnt at all mean to talk him down, you could chill with the keyboard warrior attitude, completely unnecessary. Its just a quite level headed critique, i dont got a bad word to say about the kid really, love him to bits. 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Wild Child You didn't need to right an essay lol. I agree with your points about his strength, balance and stamina, but he is literally one of the best link up players in football. His combinations with Ben White are elite. They literally showed it consistently against Crystal Palace. Even Messi in his prime used to over dribble at times and end up in dead ends, but that's what comes with being direct and taking necessary risks from time to time. He is obviously not a playmaker like Odegaard whose job is to exploit any openings in the defense and take advantage of it. But Saka also has the ability to find that type of pass. He did it against United at Old Trafford and Martinelli scored, but the goal was disallowed cause of an Odegaard foul.

ESR looks like such a good player I'm looking forward to him getting more game time in the future!

Yeah my next video is on Martinelli and he said that Auba was the first person to come and talk to him when he arrived and made him feel at ease. He might have left the club in a bad way and not been the best captain but he was always good with the youngsters by the sounds of it👍

I think clubs aren't allowed to sign kids to their academy until they turn 9 in England so it was a bit more of an informal thing. He would just go along to training sessions that were put on for kids younger than 9 and that sort of thing

@Welcome to Football yes lol the diving was that bad. I'm American, so I watch different sports. In motocross I've seen riders shoulders dislocated I'm races, pop them in themselves and keep racing, so when I see football players falling it pisses me off. Especially when the refs call it and the commentators don't call them out.
