May the Lord help us especially we the young ministers. This is scary! However, where is the strength and power of redemption in this matter ??? Is it that the Great baba can't be restored...... This case has been a great burden for me over the years. Where is the power of redemption???? Why can't the great healing preacher be restored totally??????

@samsonbalogun652 This could be explained using Moses case in Numbers chapter 20 at the desert of Zin where God asked Moses to speak to the rock for water to come out so that the children of Israel could drink as against the striking of the rock at Rephidim but instead of Moses speaking to the rock, he struck it twice. According to 1Corinthians 10:4, Jesus was the Rock that gave them the water. Striking the rock at Rephidim represent the crucifixion of Jesus. Then after the crucifixion, we then need to speak to the Rock and not to strike it anymore. So, Moses did an unforgivable sin, so he was replaced with Joshua. The soul and spirit of Moses were redeemed but just that he could not finish his calling. Redemption is salvation of our spirit and soul. This Baba's spirit and soul was redeemed for him to have called Bro Gbile to pray with him but just that he could not continue his calling, Joshua has to complete it for him. God is a righteous God, so we must be very watchful and sensitive concerning our calling. Jesus said all sins are forgiven but sin against the Holy Spirit is not forgiven. Before the Baba got to the point where he lost his calling, Holy Spirit would have been convicting him but he refused to yield to the words of the Holy Spirit. Then he got to the point where the Holy Spirit left him and he missed the calling but the power of redemption was still at work on him as his spirit and soul were redeemed. This case is similar to Samson. The father of Samson kept warning him of the women of Philistines but didn't listen till he missed his calling. The soul and spirit of Samson too were redeemed but he missed the calling. Therefore, we that God has called into Ministry must be very sensitive so that we will not get to the point of missing our calling. We must always allow the Holy Spirit to lead us and any time we gradually missed our path and the Holy Spirit is correcting us, we must quickly yield to his words. May we finish strong in our calling in Jesus name.

The Baba had his spirit and soul redeemed for him to have called Bro Gbile Akanni to pray with him but just he could not continue with his calling as it happened to Moses that Joshua replaced him. Redemptive power is always available. The Bible says whoever that call on the Lord shall be saved.
