@@918bassfishingfuture5 no you can't, that's the point (of the video). He says to use DISTILLED water, which is water without any dissolved minerals, but shows mineral water. In reality, you could use tap or mineral water, but it will have more nucleation sites which will mess up the process of supercooling the water.

That was surfusion, i don't know what it is called in english. It is when a liquid is below the freezing temperature but not for enough time. Because to for ice, you need a bit of energy to create the interface between solid and liquid. When it is in surfusion, just a little thing giving it energy, like droping it, will form ice
