15:01 We barely get any snow in Vancouver. Maybe a total of 5-7 snow days in a season. We are so not prepared for snow that to the point the city forgets how to function when it snows. And the rain is not all pleasant, it is freaking gloomy half the year and we all crave sunlight so much that a glimmer of sun is a festival during winters 😂
