The poop truck thing is apparently actually an old issue when infrastructure was still being built in the early 2010s. As of 2015-2016 the issue has been solved for the most part by building of large sewage systems

And in part 2 when Mr.S comes back the portal above him is the same that is in the teaser. And after the latest Mr.S video it says that countryballs are just a funny way to do geopolitical comedy and that humans do exist. So that is how it all comes together. And we can assume that it's all connected because the Mr.S ball appears at the end of the vid in the exact same setting (this is an assumption.)
