I realise these are strong words, but I honestly think the iPhone 14 is a scam and people should look at other options. Don't buy this phone.

It is more important than ever for publications and content creators to push last years iPhone models (whether new or refurbished) for those who want an iPhone over this years model. Mainly due to the current cost of living crisis. For those who have used iPhone's but never tried an Android device and are just simple/basic users, than something like a Pixel 6a should be recommended/pushed. Just my opinion. Now if we can get more content creators to post similar video's like this...🤔 or is that wishful thinking...😆

I agree entirely mate. I still think the 11 series iPhone's are great value. Wishful thinking indeed. Doubt many will see this anyway.

@@GroundedTech Yes, totally agree. That iPhone 11 series of phones is still very relevant to the conversation of iPhones. Especially the ergonomic feel of the phones before the transition to the flatter/sharper edges...😎

One of my first videos is for the iPhone 11 and that was a great phone. The 11 Pro Max other than not having 5G is a stunning phone. Camera still slaps too.

@@GroundedTech Absolutely. In fact, the 11 Pro Max camera trumps the latest iPhone's camera in several regards. But it's not widely spoken out, since reviewing Apple seems to be the black hole of intellectual honesty in tech.

I'd settle for the 13 tbh. I mean it'll still get supported, A15 is still great, camera is good enough. For basic iOS usage it should still do good.

It's definitely more than enough mate. Still a top tier phone. But last year's Pro Max over the 14 Plus. Even the 11 series is fantastic still. No 5G but it's not like that makes too much difference.

I just can't fathom the reason to keep on supporting iPhone when Apple keep their anti-consumer practices; no 3rd parties repair and block certain features even if you changed with an original part. In fact, they are also reputable in rejecting customers' requests to repair their iPhone/Macbook in certain cases. As someone used to say, Apple's products are like a planned for obsolete.

I agree. They do so much I really don't like more so on the iPhone front than anything else. It all seems very anti-consumer to me too.

@@GroundedTech €800 couldn't say no then I'd loads of Magsafe stuff to do with new 14 so it all worked out even think cases are same on the 13 and 14 Pro

I don't do loads of customisation so it doesn't bother me too much. It's just whatever works best for me. It might get me 🤣
