This might be the most nuanced and balanced ‘mayor’ reporting I have come across in the midst of the polarised internet bubbles that intentionally leave out context this does the opposite- the non-fact checking of mayor news outlets, casualty numbers that are popping up minutes after attacks, while this realistically takes days and weeks, Israel still isn’t finished counting their dead, the displacements because of the war started by the Arab nations, the inheritance of the refugee status therefore ever growing numbers, checking where information are coming from and what’s their trackrecord of telling the truth.

The UN status for Palestinian refugees is unique, no other people get the same treatment. I also challenge you to find a difference between the refugee camps and regular neighbourhoods in Gaza or the West bank… (they have been there since 1948 so forget about the typical tent camps or anything similar…) Curiously 900.000 jews got evicted from muslim countries in 1948 (thats right more then the 700.000 palestinian arabs that fled), they or their children are not considered refugees by the UN.

How is it smuggling to import weapons through a port in your own territory? Using that language implicitly grants that territory to Israel, which I'm pretty sure is in contravention of intentionally recognized borders. Also, at least at the protest in NYC I saw first hand, the "Nazi flags pointed at Jews" were there calling Israel fascists, not supporting Nazis.

Something that surprised me to hear - "refugees since 48, with descendants considered refugees as well"?!? how does that work?? with that logic many (if not most) of the world populations are 'refugees'...i can't recall any similar instance.

Amazing video! two inaccuracies id like to point out though: 1. in the Al-Shifa hospital part, when you mentioned people cannot evacuate due to their loved ones being there, you displayed a security video salvaged by the idf actually showing Hamas members bringing hostages through the hospital. 2. in 29:36 , you showed images from the rallies to release Gilad Shalit in 2011. But this image is still relevant, as it shows Israel's previous awful deal to release hostages, since the current leader of Hamas and the architect behind the 7 October massacre Yehia Sinwar was released in the trade, along with 1100 (!!) other prisoners with blood on their hands (all for a single soldier)

The Islamophobe former "national security advisor" was from the Obama administration and worked on WH staff. As for the Houthis, I am constantly amazed that anything coming out of Yemen is tagged as coming from the Houthis, an Iranian proxies. Reports on the drones intercepted indicate they are long range and only recently developed/produced in Iran as of September of this year. Personally I don't think the Houthis are receiving, emplacing, and launching late model drones and IRBM's. I would be far more inclined to believe it is done by dedicated IRGC units.. The Iranians are playiong the deniability card when they are supplying, training, and in many cases commanding these "proxies" in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon... I will grant the Hezbollah are, of all the groups, probably far more independent but reliant on the Iranians for weapons and training.

It is not true that Hamas has no choice but to fight from hospitals, schools, and other civilian areas. For starters, they could go out and fight to defend their people and families by normal means as decent men do, instead of putting them in harm's way. More importantly, they could have chosen not to start a war that they knew they have no chance of winning by honorable means, and that they knew was bound to cause great damage and suffering to their people (especially due to the way they meant to fight it). They can still choose to surrender at any moment. All civilian deaths would end immediately if they were to choose to do so.

27:55 im not touching this issue with a 5f pole. but ive seen the video. they aren't what i would call "highly organised". Their best of the best don't have basic equipment (no plates, no pack, no controlled pairs...) And their barrel discipline is terrible. Ive seen polish militias with more skills and equipment.

I can't understand why you didn't mention the possibility of the Al shefa hospital containing hostages, especially considering you showed security footage which is alleged to show hostages being taken through it.
