i like it. if it was my family ill be giving them all that credit too. its about lifting your family up not downrating them. every one has heroes...people who inspire them and when u got a hero...there is no one better than yo hero and for these boys their family is their hero. I will agree that the Jackson Family influenced a lot of people; but to the young man who seems to think his family should take credit for every dance move there is. Young man, you need to do your homework! There was music and entertainers that came before the Jackson 5 became famous and those entertainers influenced the Jackson 5. Jackie Wilson, James Brown, etc. And many of the moves the Jackson 5, Jacksons, Janet Jackson and even Michael Jackson performed during their routines/videos were choreographed by someone else. (Have any of you ever heard of Michael Peters or Paula Abdul?) All I'm saying is that your family influenced a LOT of people to aspire to reach for their dreams; but they too had help along the way.

The Jackson 5 was one of the greatest entertainers of all time.And they were underated in there generation.there is no comparison between MJ and paula abdul are you serious..MJ has had alot of imitators of a style and music.So in a sense they have greatly influenced Music.

They wouldn't be here doing this show if it wasn't for Joe Jackson. However the reason he doesn't get a mention is because he wasn't with them or around them that much. They had to organize a trip to Las Vegas to spend time with him. Only idiots will believe this family resent their grand father.

Everyone who says Michael's children are not biological should just shut up! Michael was not stupid! Prince has vitiligo and looks like his paternal great-grandfather, Samuel; Paris does not have white skin and it's identical to those of her father, Michael. She looks like him when he was young in the Thriller Age; Finally, Blanket has the same eyes as Michael and looks in many ways with him. The worst blind is the one who does not want to see!

Really? I just clicked on the link to make sure I posted the right link and it's the whole episode. All 42 minutes of it. Maybe try doing it manually and going on www.mylifetime.com, then hover your mouse over "Shows" near the top left hand corner and click "The Jacksons: Next Generation". When you get to the Jacksons page, click on "Full episodes" on the top of the page. Tat's how I watched the first episode.

Does anyone remember the episode where TJ said in the confrontation that his mom considered herself a blk Dominican, so they aren't biracial?? I remember him saying that. Just saying that because ppl think 3T are biracial, but they're just light skin like their mom and yeah some white in them from her cuz she was very fair complexion, but blk features of a normal light skin blk lady.

He's an underground artist and was even in an Aaliyah video, riding a motorcycle with her on the back. Don't try to put the true Jacksons on the back burner for a white fake one.

i agree with you about katherine she could of stepped in. even if times were different back then it had to take someone to make things change i think its great there is social services now even jermaine said it was good for him what they went through saying its like he is ignoring everything what michael said about his pain.and that teachers etc were like parents i think what people forget is michael was the lead singer and there was more pressure on him etc.

Goes to show you what happens when you shelter your kids and don't let them be independent. These guys spend are nowhere near as hungry as their fathers were and it's obvious in their reality show that they have nowhere near the talent or drive. All they do is argue about whose fault it is that they can't get records together and cry about lost family members. They need to get over believing that the Jackson name is a curse when that was too long ago and it was really Michael that made the name and he's loooong gone. Michael was "the Jacksons"
