Around 11:30 I mentioned Biblical Archeology when the text reads Geography. Archeology is a later article not the opening article

Akhi, a question: Are these one volume commentaries meant to be read from cover to cover, like study bibles or are these only for reference?

I read the articles and use the commentaries as a reference. My main commentaries are always the multi volumes. Single volume are mostly used for quick reference

As a Catholic I have respect for your faithful representation of Catholic faith. Not many Muslims devoted their time to understand Christian belief as if they were a Christian themselves. Thank you for not putting words in Christians mouth. You may find Jake Brancatella a former Eastern Orthodox interview with am Eastern Orthodox Beau Branson on the monarchy of the Father as the sole Aseity would be interesting. Catholics, Orthodox, and Lutherans deny the Son has Aseity. You may also find it interesting between Luther and Calvin debate on the Aseity of the Son. Luther accused Calvin for polytheism. Can you do some book review on liberal Muslim scholars? Recently many development discussing textual variants among liberal Muslim scholars. I would like to hear your thoughts from traditional Muslim viewpoint responding to liberal Muslim scholarships.

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for leaving a comment. At the moment, I can’t fulfill your request. But Van Putten’s work as well as Sean Anthony is good for you to check out

There are no textual variants of Quran, the variations are only that of recitation (or spellings), there are 10 standard ways of recitation of Quran. There is virtually no variation of Quran. Quranic Uthmanic Codex is around 1400 years old, it is well preserved and is the most well preserved ancient text of last 2000 years, unlike any of the Biblical manuscripts. The 2nd most well preserved ancient text of our world is MT of Hebrew Bible, and is around 1000 years old. NT manuscripts are much more fragmented than Hebrew Bible manuscripts.

@Gate-of-Dawn That is what Yale scholars have explained too.

@Gate-of-Dawn Those are Qirat variants. You are not smart enough to know the difference, not can you read Arabic.

I appreciate your efforts, but was shocked and appalled at your misinterpretations. In the churches I go to, they read the ENTIRE Bible word for word, verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book. If your church isn't doing that, I would leave. Yes, Leviticus and Numbers is very important and isn't read just once. Sometimes we can spend an hour on one verse. We also learn the original language it was written in. If you're just reading the English version and aren't being taught the meaning of the Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic, a whole lot is lost and misinterpreted. That's common amongst unbelievers. Sadly, some people who claim to be christians do the same thing. Thank you for your efforts.

@@historytheology I'm on my tablet and really don't care to, it's too time consuming. It won't matter what I say, it's about your heart. Until you completely surrender to Jesus Christ, you won't have the power of the Holy Spirit to be able to see. That requires faith. I went through the same thing. Most of the christians I know cried out to God for help. I did about 2 months after I screamed at the top of my voice with all the anger I had in me DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT GOD OR JESUS!!!! There's nothing intellectually anyone could have said about the Bible that would change my mind. I didn't believe the Bible and I would debunk it. For future reference, just remember, just saying HELP is a complete prayer. I have a feeling the Lord will allow you to be brought to your knees soon. I had to lose my child before I cried out to Him. It's weird, but right before losing my child, his after school teacher told me he had accepted Christ. I was furious. Two months later he was gone. It took 5 years of hell before I found Jesus.

@@samsmom400 on the day of resurrection, Jesus will say to you “get away from me, I never knew you” because Jesus advised us to worship God alone. John 17:3 “and this is eternal life, that they may know you (the Father), the Only True God…” so worship God alone with no partners in association, not even Jesus, who is created by God.

@@historytheology Christians know and believe in the Trinity. You have a completely different religion. Muslim? You've misinterpreted the Hebrew words. You're not trying to learn about Jesus, you're trying to tear down the Bible, for people who don't know and study the Bible, they might fall for what you're saying. I have just prayed for you. Be prepared.

@@samsmom400 provide evidence that I am trying to tear down the Bible. Thanks for praying for me. But first pray for yourself that you may receive God’s guidance and mercy and come back to the religion of Jesus, not the religion about Jesus.
