The John Pennekamp Coral Reef state park is located along thr Overseas higheay at mile marker 102 in key largo. It offers a variety of water related activities for visitors such as scuba diving,snorkeling,kayaking,canoeing,swimmig and glass bottom boat tours to view the coral reefs. Visitors can walk trails as well as visit their 30,000 gallon aquarium at the visitor center (closed during covid 19). Those seeking water adventure or just to enjoy the tropical hammock trails cant go wrong spending a day or two here.
