Malpractice in Texas is pretty much protected. There is a 250k limit and most lawyers won’t bother because it is not worth their time. Unless you actually die, don’t bother trying to get it. Not enough money for the lawyers. Sad, but true. That doctor is still “practicing “ .

Looks like ya looking to sue someone. I went to get a pedicure and she xut my toe a tad to deep. Blood and pain insuede. I healed

I'm so glad I stopped seeing chiropractors. They want you to keep coming back forever and never actually heal anything.

Chyroquackters are not doctors and the whole profession is engulfed in an air of mystery with a deliberate focus on ignoring pertinent information from the patients themselves. (My knee hurts, crack your neck) The people I know who swear by the success of their chiropractic adjustments, all have a common denominator. They always need to go back. It’s like a life sentence and their problems never get better or heal. I’m sure there’s something to be said about relieving tension through the massaging of tight muscles and joint manipulation, but it is not a viable solution to real problems.
